Nothing to say, yet
Hello, I'm Colette, and today I will be your guide on a journey through the soothing waves of mindful breathing. Consider it your go-to switch to bring you into a blissful state of gratitude. Here's what this exercise will look like. First, you'll make sure you get comfortable. Find that just right spot, sitting or laying down, making sure that you can breathe without effort. Your attention is inward in this exercise, so let your gaze fall softly on the tip of your breathly device, guiding your focus towards your breath. This journey will be a dance of inhalations and exhalations, gently inhaling through the nose for a count of four as you expand the belly out, then you will hold that breath in softly for a count of four, considering the trigonometry of your breath, and then you will exhale slowly through the mouth into the device for a count of four, letting go of tension. When you exhale, no worries about getting it right, we've got you covered. You can follow along with the breathly apparatus image and the countdown. After a few rounds, you'll know the rhythm, and you can even close your eyes as the haptic feedback will guide you along with my voice. The rhythmic dance of the breath is the secret ingredient, so ride the gentle ebbs and flows of the breath. Let's start with a full inhale through the nose, and then a long exhale through the mouth with an AH sound releasing all the air. Now bring the device to your lips in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 feel your body refreshing every hour in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 in 234 hold 234 out 234 two three four in two three four hold two three four out two three four in two three four hold two three four out two three four in two three four hold two three four out two three four in two three four hold two three four out two three four in allow a sense of green to empower you hold wrap q and p three four out two three four in two three four hold two three four out two three four in two three four hold two three four out two three four in two three four hold two three four out two three four in two three four hold two three four out two three four in two three four hold two three four out two three four in two this is our last round hold two three four out two three four now resume to your natural breath as you continue to breathe so you can notice new details about your experience with each breath focus on the energy that each of your breaths brings into your body and notice how it affects you mentally physically emotionally consider the interconnectedness of your breath with the world around you knowing that you are breathing in what the trees exhale and you're exhaling what the trees inhale and as this breathwork meditation comes to an end reflect on any shifts in your state of mind and carry this goodness of mindfulness with you throughout your day peace
