We're recreating a simple salad into a 5-star work of art where we take a recipe from an iconic Atlanta restaurant and learn how to make it a work of art in our own kitchen. Here are the ingredients needed: Baby Field greens; fresh corn kernels; fennel bulb, finely shaved; and dried cherries. For the Vinaigrette: White wine vinegar; Dijon mustard; sugar; salt and pepper. For the Bleu Cheese Potato chips: Kettle cooked potato chips; Gorgonzola cheese. Pair with an unoaky Chardonnay or Pino Noir
