The speaker guides the listener to relax and focus on the movement all around them, such as water flowing and wind blowing. They suggest that movement can bring change and rejuvenation, and encourage the listener to consider where movement might be needed in their life. The listener is urged to be curious and appreciate the movement, and to take a deep breath and return to their space with gratitude. Welcome, my friend. Take a moment, get into your space. You may wish to lie down or sit up straight, whichever you feel called. When you're ready, gently close your eyes, release the tension out of your jaw by wiggling it, relax your shoulders down, away from your ears, and take a nice, deep, loving breath in and out, a nice, beautiful, deep, loving breath in and out, one more deep, loving, beautiful breath in and out. Allow yourself to just be in this moment. Think about in your life how movement is all around you, from the movement of water. Water is all around you, whether it's flowing in a stream and moving, or flowing and hitting the shoreline with its waves, or even in the shower, water is moving as it hits your body and cleanses you. Movement from the wind, wind blowing and hitting the trees, moving the leaves, drying them after a rain, removing any leaves that need to fall when the season changes, and movement in yourself, when you eat, when you talk, movement from getting a hug or a massage, moving the body movements, moving the tissues when you wash your face, movement is literally all around you. Movement helps you to move the energy all around, shifting, creating, rejuvenating, creating a restart. Think about how movement affects you in your life, aspects in your life, maybe in health, or your career, or love, where you feel like movement, maybe you feel like you're not moving. Think about if you just do a simple shift, how there really is movement and change happening, even if you can't see it, or it feels like it's been stagnant for a long time. If you make that choice, to maybe shake it up a little bit, do something different, get out of your comfort zone and allow yourself to really embrace a little movement. I want you to ponder today about the movement that's all around you, be curious about it. Be curious about where maybe movement needs to be added into your life. Just explore, be curious, and just appreciate the movement and how it is all around you as you are just more observant today, with love and compassion, as you just explore and are curious and just expand on the theme of movement, and how it relates to everything within you and around you. Take a nice, deep, loving breath in and out. Feeling that movement from your breath, as you put a smile on your face and feel the movement of your muscles, begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes and take another deep breath. And when you're ready, you can slowly come back into your space with a smile and grace. You are such a blessing. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being here and being you.
