As you're taking another couple deep, loving breaths in and out, as we welcome in this new year, think about one of the most amazing, beautiful desires, dreams that you have for this year. It could be around your health, your family, your business, career, your home, relationships. There might be a specific dream that you are looking for. Maybe it's a certain feel or a theme that you have, but allow yourself to just sit with that and allow yourself to explore what is a beautiful, big, amazing dream, feeling experience that you want to have in 2024. Don't overthink it. Don't worry about the how. Just what is sitting in your heart that just wants to come out? You may wish to put your hand on your heart and breathe into this area, connecting and allowing whatever comes forward to do so without judgment, but with excitement, passion, and beautiful, loving joy. Once you've thought of that, allow yourself to be in that position as if it was happening right now, feeling, tasting, smelling, noticing all the details. How do you feel? Who's with you? Allow your imagination to just roam and create the most beautiful dream that you can think of that is sitting with your heart right now. And then allow yourself to take note on how you are in that moment, how you're feeling. Do you look more confident, more joy flowing from your heart? Noticing in what you're wearing, all that you're seeing, all that's coming to mind is within you right now. What is you? So if you take a moment and anchor in that beautiful dream, think of one thing that you could do today to move you forward to you in that beautiful moment. Is it taking action on a project? Is it just creating a special time each day to connect with that version of yourself? Is it writing a letter every day as if that moment is happening right now and the gratitude that you feel? Is it making a post on Facebook? Is it talking to your family and creating this energy of excitement for the dreams that are going to come true and the life that you want to live with them, inviting them to dream? What's that one thing? And each day, connect with that dream and ask yourself, what's the one thing that I can do? And some things might take longer, some things might be very quickly done, but every time you connect with that beautiful dream and your beautiful self and knowing that that is within you and you are so worthy of it because you can dream it, it's right there. If you just take simple steps every day of envisioning, trusting, moving forward, and just believing in yourself as well as owning your worth, those dreams will come true. Maybe not tomorrow, but maybe in six months or maybe in a year, but if you just believe it and own it and take those beautiful steps forward, nothing can stop you. You've got this. And if things come up that are holding you back, give them some space. Breathe through them, work them out. Most of the time they are lies that we tell ourselves and they are not true. Come back to the truth, come back to your heart and allow yourself to go through this beautiful journey again and again. And as you do, your dream will come true and that version of you will shine through as brightly as the sun.
