since the beginning of time, the very beginning, the fourth word in the Bible, in the beginning, God, meaning Elohim, meaning the all-powerful, the creator, and he, I know the rest, I don't want to turn this to Bible class, you create the heavens and the earth and the earth and the animals and what have you and what happens, and so he made man, he made Adam and he made Eve, he didn't make Adam and Eve, and he didn't make Eve and Eva, he made man and woman, amen, so, what was their perception or mindset of him, since he never told them, if not really, who I am, he just told them to name the animals, a giraffe and name him a zebra and name him a horse, but it was in every Bible that God told them who he was, so their own perception, their own conclusion they can draw is based on how he's done something in their life, come on, that's the only way, the only conclusion they can draw, if Eve had the microphone, she would say he brought me from nothing, oh come on, he made a way in Eve's life, he blessed the fruit of my hand, he brought me out of the dust from the ground, they had a testimony, throughout the Bible, sisters and brothers, it's mentioned that based on the adversity you were in, depended on how you knew who he was, oh Abraham called him Jehovah's driver, well he called him that, Abraham because he made a way out of nowhere, he made a sacrifice where there was no sacrifice, oh come on sisters and brothers, sometimes God will do things and allow you to be in a troublesome spot, to come down there and rescue you, so you can have something to say about who he was, oh come on, he wouldn't allow, I mean some people call him Jehovah Rohi, uh huh, yes he is a shepherd, let's look at that for a second, and that's what I was looking at before I go into details, the 23rd Psalm, all throughout this psalm, they had so many personalities of God, oh come on, because how many of you didn't know God on different levels, every day when Jesus is swearing in the day before, anybody in this room a witness to that, oh he brought me out of something yesterday, but today my God, he touched my children, and he touched my children today, but tomorrow he gave me favor, and after favor, oh come on, he blessed my people with a brand new car, he got it all the way up to something, oh come on sisters and brothers, he might not come, oh sister Nikia when you want him, so you find yourself in some adversity, every day, but when God came in and pulled that cover off that devil, you have a different perception of who God is, based on who you came from, oh hallelujah, sometimes we can just get by as long as we can keep it so good, if I had a thousand sons running, I couldn't take them enough, oh y'all not gonna say nothing, been so good, almost lost your mind, oh but he's right there regulating your mind, a good guy in a car accident, oh but God was right there blocking the very attirement of the car, a good guy in a house fire, but it was God that came in and assigned his angels around the house, sisters and brothers, you're being a prison cell, because God came in and put that devil to fight, it's a metaphor, you have different perspectives of God, oh come on somebody, my brother had a massive stroke, the doctor wrote him off, said he wouldn't make it to the next morning, but God said otherwise, so therefore I see him in another way, I see him in another way, I know you are the resurrection, oh come on somebody, you didn't pick somebody out of a dead old vine, oh come on somebody, it does not matter what the enemy is saying, oh my gosh, what did God say, oh whose report will you believe on today, oh and if you believe God's report, you can be a doctor of the Lord, somebody say hallelujah, hallelujah, the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not I'm in position to make you get out from where you are so I can make you mount up, oh, a wing of eagles. So, who is this that I am? When Peter found out who he was, he stepped out. When we stepped out, we started finding out who God is. But as long as we are in the boat, we are not going to find out nothing. Huh? We are not going to find out anything. And through the troubles, the children of Israel found out who God was at Jericho. They found out who he was. They found out who he was at the cross. When Jesus rose for the third day, now this don't get you. He never revealed himself to nobody who didn't believe him. No, not one person. It is given unto me to know the mysteries. I will hide myself from this perverse generation. I will hide myself. You think it's crazy to run around the church, I'm going to hide myself from you. You think it's crazy to pray and fast, I will hide my faith from you. You think it's crazy to play with God and submit unto leadership, I will hide myself from you. So they're used to that. And then they want to throw up and it's rat infested. And it's on TV. I can imagine the smell. And my wife would tell you I'm very squeamish. But you want God to live in there. And you hoarding all this stuff. You're hoarding all of this stuff. Ain't repent. Ain't got a sorry. Got unforgiveness in there. Ain't told people to do sorry. Hurt people and shelter people. And you want God to live in there. The devil is a liar. You're a liar. You lied to yourself. And I'm not all perfect. But you have to repent and be like a little child. Be like a little child. And you're a bell and you're stubborn. And you want God to live in that witchcraft spirit. That's fight and kick.
