The speaker suggests three strategies to help English learners. First, provide sentence frames with word banks, phrases, or pictures. Second, encourage regular collaboration among students. Third, use total physical response (TPR) during speaking activities. Three strategies I came up with to support English learners are one, create sentence frames for writing and speaking with word banks, word phrases, and or pictures. Number two, allow students to collaborate on a regular basis. And number three, using TPR, total physical response when speaking.
