The Reign of Power, or Circle of Excellence, is an incurring technique that is useful in many circumstances to achieve results. This resource and core can be anything that helps you to recall a positive state. Let's begin. Imagine a circle of excellence in front of you, about two feet in diameter. Now remember a time when you were totally grounded. When you feel grounded, step into the circle and anchor the state. What do you see? What do you hear and feel in that moment when you are totally grounded? When the state begins to subside, step backwards out of the ring. Test the circle of excellence by remembering being too much in your head. And then imagine you are dropping your ring of power onto the floor as it expands back to its original size. Step into the circle of excellence to release the negativity. Once again, snap your finger and imagine that the circle shrinks down to the size of a ring. As it jumps onto one of your fingers, you can access this resource whenever you need it. Now, moving on to another state. Remember a time when you were totally calm and serene. When you feel serene, step into the circle and anchor the state. What do you see? What do you hear and feel in that moment when you are totally serene and calm? When the state begins to subside, step backwards out of the ring. Test the circle of excellence by remembering now being angry. And then imagine you are dropping your ring of power onto the floor as it expands back to its original size. Now, step into the circle of excellence to release the negative state. Once again, snap your finger and imagine that the circle shrinks down to the size of a ring. As it jumps onto one of your fingers. Now, moving on to another state. Remember a time when you were totally at peace and relaxed. When you feel relaxed, step into the circle and anchor the state. What do you see? What do you hear and feel in that moment when you are totally at peace and relaxed? When the state begins to subside, step backwards out of the ring. Test the circle of excellence by remembering being anxious. And then imagine you are dropping your ring of power onto the floor as it expands back to its original size. Now, step into the circle of excellence to release the negative state. Once again, snap your finger and imagine that the circle shrinks down to the size of a ring. As it jumps onto one of your fingers. Moving on now to a time when you are totally confident. When you feel confident, step into the circle and anchor the state. What do you see? What do you hear and feel in that moment when you are totally confident? When the state begins to subside, step backwards out of the ring. Now, let's test the circle of excellence by remembering being insecure. And then imagine you are dropping your ring of power onto the floor as it expands back to the original size. Step into the circle of excellence to release the negative state. And once again, snap your finger and imagine that the circle shrinks down to the size of a ring. As it jumps onto one of your fingers.
