A person is reluctant but feels they have no other choice but to send their baby, Elinor Spring, to the overworld. Their friends believe that it is necessary for Elinor to go because they need her help. They explain that if she doesn't go, the King of the Shadows will eventually find out he has a daughter and come after her. You can't be serious! She can go defeating her own flesh and blood?
