The speaker agrees to have their contribution included in a video, photograph, and audio recording. They understand that their contribution may be edited and may not appear in the final media piece. They confirm that they hold no copyright or other rights associated with their contribution. They assign copyright to Queen's University Belfast for use in all media. They agree to not receive any payment for their performance. They understand that the media may be distributed worldwide and used to publicize the broadcast production department at Queen's University Belfast without further consent. I agree to the inclusion of my contribution in this video, photograph and audio recording in the nature of which has been explained to me. I understand that my contribution will be edited and there is no guarantee that it will appear in the edited media piece. To the best of my knowledge there is no third parties who have copyright or other rights associated with my contribution. My contribution is made in good faith and I assign copyright to the broadcast production, Queen's University Belfast, for the use of all media. I agree that my contribution on performance is not for any payment or deferred payment. I understand that this video, photograph or audio recording or part of it may be distributed in any medium including the internet or any part of the world. I agree that my contribution may be used without further consent in publicising the broadcast production department at Queen's University Belfast.
