Originally named Quartet for Kids, but the people playing it demanded I name it, so I begrudgingly went back and forth with chatGPT until I got a name I liked. Wrote this in early February of 2026 for my sister’s quartet to play. It’s my first “commissioned” work, and I wrote it in 2 weeks. Very proud of it, as making it involved learning how to do a bunch of things I didn’t know before, spending all my free time on it, consulting countless references, and just putting a ton of effort.
