Accompanying this meditation are temple bells, buddhist chants and sounds from nature. These were recorded in Japan. Rather than set expectations, open your mind and relax into the sounds. There is no spoken word. The wind chimes at the beginning can be used to ‘settle’ yourself. Go with the flow until the second wind chimes indicate the end of the meditation.
