Clarsach played by Laurina. The music is based on a tune called 'Calm Morning Village Bay St Kilda' - composed by Isobel Mieras, MBE. Accompanying the Clarsach are wind chimes, birdsong and the sound of a tranquil loch. Rather than set expectations, open your mind and relax into the sounds. There is no spoken word. The wind chimes at the beginning can be used to ‘settle’ yourself. Go with the flow until the second wind chimes indicate the end of the meditation.
