I am a great believer in affirmations, they have helped me a lot in changing my mindset to a much healthier, positive one and its not just me. These phrases are backed by psychology and neurology. We are what we say, so if we are saying constructive, self supporting beliefs then these will replace automatic negative ones (thats right, we are wired to have automatic negative thoughts, float in and out.
