Tearing of Paper

The audio begins with a soft, but distinct, rustling sound, gradually escalating as the tension builds. It's the unmistakable sound of a piece of paper being handled, its edges being grasped tightly. Then, without warning, the sharp, clear and vivid sound of tearing echoes through the space. It's a slow, deliberate action, the paper ripping apart under the unseen force. The tearing sound is raw and resonant, the fibers of the paper yielding and breaking apart. The rip is being drawn out, the paper surrendering to the inevitable separation. The tear is complete, bringing with it a finality. The sounds of the torn pieces of paper being set aside close the audio, leaving behind the lingering memory of the ripping sound.
