Global Beatles Day

Global Beatles Day is a yearly commemoration that takes place on 25 June celebrating the principles championed by The Beatles. The selected date marks the occasion when the band graced BBC's Our World programme (1967) with their iconic performance of "All You Need Is Love." GBD was established in 2009 by Faith Cohen, an ardent Beatles enthusiast. We honour the profound influence of the fab four on music and popular culture with a playlist of covers, instrumental versions and mashups.
