The host of the show, Aubrey QT, welcomes guest Anna Kate to discuss the importance of water and its impact on our health. They talk about the benefits of alkaline water and how it can be used for cleaning, drinking, and even improving plant growth. They also discuss the need for water filtration systems due to contaminants like fluoride and bacteria. Anna demonstrates how alkaline water can remove chemicals from organic produce. They criticize popular bottled water brands for being acidic and not truly alkaline. Anna explains that real alkaline water only remains alkaline for a short period of time. They encourage listeners to consider investing in a compact and self-cleansing alkaline water machine. And today we have an awesome show prepared for you. We're going to talk about, when we talk about holistic living, we talk about the food that we eat. We talk about what we put into our bodies, what we put into our minds. And so today I have a guest with me. We're going to talk about water. Now, we all know how important water is to us and how our bodies, how we need water. And one of the things I have to say that I'm guilty of is I don't drink enough water. So I'm making changes in my life because God bought me a vision that I'm supposed to share good water with people and with the world. And so because that's supposed to be added to my mission, I have to make sure that the water that I share is good, wholesome water. So I've been doing research on, you know, the best kind of water. And I called a company, and they referred me to my guest today. And now she's here at Aubrey's Retreat, and we're going to talk about water today. Her name is Anna Kate. Am I saying it right? Anna Kate. Her name is Anna Kate. And she also has a podcast called Anna Kate Show. So you can go and listen to her. She'll tell you all about that. What Anna does is that she talks about politics, health, and wellness all from a spiritual and God perspective. So she covers the news from a godly perspective. That's how she described it. So I'm going to let her introduce herself, and I'll be asking her some questions. And let her talk about why it's important that we have healthy water and how God has set things up in our universe. And, you know, in the beginning, we had good, wholesome water. I was listening to a podcast where Dr. Bobby Price, he went to Japan to study what caused the people there to live such long lives. And one of the things that they discovered is because they were drinking good, wholesome water. And that was like the key to their longevity. So water is very important. And so we're going to talk about good, wholesome water. So Anna, thank you for taking the time to come here to be the guest on my show and to bring information and awareness about something that we all need that is like a key element in our lives. So thank you for being here. Thank you for having me. It's an honor to be here, Albright. And, you know, we are mostly made up, 70% of our body is made up of water. It's essential. Right? Water has a lot of different properties. You can use acidic water to clean your countertops and your floors. You can use neutral water, you know, when you're drinking, you know, someone takes prescription pills. But alkaline water has so many benefits. And that's what I'm going to be sharing today. You know, you can feed your plants. A lot of plants drink alkaline water 8.5 days or longer. Some plants actually like acidic water. You can clean your fruits and vegetables with high alkaline water and get rid of that oily coat around all the vegetables, even if it's organic and non-GMO. They have this lousy, oily pesticide coat that farmers put on the fruit because, you know, if they use water-soluble material, it's going to wash away with the rainwater, and then it doesn't protect it from the pesticides and the insects. So, you know, fortunately, we have those on our vegetables, and most people aren't aware of it. And I also, you know, talk about water filtration systems, too, because you want to filter your water, whether you're using a well or city water, especially city water. Fluoride, chloride. Even with well water, you have bacteria in there. Sometimes it's sediments. You have, you know, groundwater being, you know, the water that's being, you know, coming out from it. You don't know what people are putting in their water nowadays. You know, there's heavy metals, and there's people that are throwing out chemicals, and it's downwashing into our groundwater, which is also our well water. So we're going to talk about all of this today, and we're going to answer any questions, and it's super vital to understand water. Well, I, since Anna has, since she's been here, she was able to show, even with organic, because I buy a lot of organic fruit and vegetables, and even with the organic fruit, she did a demonstration to show how, I buy a lot of apples, and they have like a wax on them or some type of oil, and she was able to show how the alkaline water literally dissolves, and this is on organic fruit, you know, so she was able to show how it dissolves the chemical from, you know, from the vegetables and stuff, and so I really, really appreciate that and definitely is going to, my whole purpose for having her here and inviting her here is because I wanted to know more about the alkaline water and the machines, because they have so many different ones out there, and for those of you that, after the show, if you're interested in looking at some of the alkaline machines, because I discovered just from her presentation, you know, the different ones, because I've had other people come here, I have other people that I'm talking to, I visit health food stores, and I looked at all of the, you know, looked at some of the machines that they have, and first of all, hers is like 50% of the price that some of the others that I've been exposed to, and also, you know, we as women, we love things in our kitchen that look nice and pretty, and so her machine is very compact, and it looks very nice, and what I really, really was impressed about was the fact that the machine was self-cleansing, that it cleans itself, that I don't have to be the one going and, you know, cleaning a filter out every six months, you know, so anyway, if you want to know more information about that, you'll be able to contact her after we get through talking about, after we talk about the alkaline water. I'll send you my email at the end, but you're absolutely right, you know, as women, I love that you said that, we are really taking care of the household, we want to make sure our families are healthy, our families are safe, you know, my husband, our children, ourselves, right, because this is what the Lord has shown me, you know, the devil has attacked us, not just our spirit and our soul, but also our bodies, with our food that's being processed, with our, you know, GMO food, but then you have our water as well, if you go in the airport, you'll see Tassani, Aquafina, you'll see all these bottles of water, and this is something the Lord showed me, He said, test it, test the water, and I tested all the water in the supermarket, you know, alkaline water, smart water, which I actually call dumb water, Tassani, Aquafina, they are all, and I'll get to the alkaline water in a second, in the bottles in the store, but let's talk about Aquafina and Tassani, do you know that 75% of the bottled water in Tassani is actually Detroit's municipal water? Oh, you've got to be kidding. 75% is Detroit tap water. Most bottled water, 40% of most bottled water is actually tap water. On top of that, it's acidic, which your body is trying to fight the acidity, because naturally, your blood is actually slightly alkaline, about a 7.3, 7.35 alkalinity in our blood, so if you're drinking acidic water, Tassani, I've tested about pH 4.5 to pH 5, which is very acidic, you're drinking that, your body is like, what is this? Your body is trying to neutralize that acidity, and they take something called a calcium bicarbonate ion, which is a blood buffer to buffer out the acid. Well, where do they get that calcium from to make that ion? Your bones. Your bones. So actually, anyone that has osteoporosis prone to it, alkaline water will help them if they're drinking it early enough in their life to combat that brittle bones and the calcium that's been taken out of their bones. So you're bombarding your body with GMO food, unhealthy food, and then also your water is also affecting your life. And so the Lord showed me this, and I was just blown away. Then I started testing the alkaline water in the store. When you go to the store and you test the quote-unquote alkaline water, you know, you have Smart Water alkaline, you have Walmart alkaline, you have Essenti water, you have all these different options of quote-unquote alkaline water. Well, I tested them. Most of them, and I'll talk about the exceptions as well, most of them turned green in the litmus test of alkalinity. Green means it's neutral. PH is 7. I was thinking, wait a second, it says 9.5 on the bottle. Why does it say 7 on the test? Turns out, I found out later during research, alkaline water, real alkaline water, lasts for only 10 hours. I was, I mean, that blew my mind when you told me that, because I buy alkaline water. I buy 8 point, I think 8.5, and then 9 point, and some of it, like in some of the health food stores, there's 10 point something. And I buy, and you pay extra for alkaline water. You pay more money. Oh my gosh, I used to spend about $2,000 a year on Essenti water, $2,000. And the smart water? Yeah. Well, I guess smart water's not even in the category of alkaline. It's not. Smart water is acidic as well. Dasani, Aquafina, smart water, they're all acidic. When you test them, smart water actually turned a color of yellow. That's a PH of 5, 5.5. And yeah, when you talk about alkaline water, if you look really closely on the bottle, it'll say 9.5 in little tiny disclaimer font on the bottom that you can barely read. It'll say, PH of 9.5 at bottling. Oh, okay. When they put it in the bottle, it was 9.5. But then it goes on the truck, it's on the truck. Right. You know, it gets delivered all the way to the grocery store from California to Florida, and then all of a sudden it sits in the store for another week, two weeks, three weeks until someone buys and purchases it. All the alkalinity, all the benefits of alkaline water is dissipated. And I want to actually back it up and say, what is alkaline water? Why are we talking about alkaline water? Alkaline water is very controversial. By the way, they don't teach this in medical school. They don't teach about alkalinity. Back it up. What is alkaline water? It's actually the way that God created human beings to drink water. Water moving in the mountains, moving down the rivers. It is constantly moving. I call it living water. It's moving. It's moving. It's hitting rocks. It constantly has a state of motion. It has high energy, right? There's kinetic energy because it's moving down the mountains. That energy actually pushes up the electron in the H2O molecule, the water molecule. It pushes up the electron to a higher energy state. So that water molecule, instead of being neutral, it's actually becoming activated to be more negative. So it's a negatively charged molecule, what we call when you test water. There's two things of water you need to know. It's not just the pH, which is the potential hydrogen, but also the alkalinity, which is the charge of the water. The way that we test water is called the ORP, oxidative reductive potential. Acidic water is positively charged. Neutral water, there's no charge. With alkaline water, there's a negative charge. That negative charge, you think, oh, negative, it's bad. No, actually, the negative charge is the benefit of alkaline water. Because that electron, that super excited water molecule electron, that's going to clean your body. It's going to detoxify your liver, your kidney. It's going to bind to something called free radicals that are in your blood, which are byproducts of cellular processes that your body is doing. So free radicals are in one way good, but too much of it can actually be detrimental. It can lead to diseases. And so God created us to drink mountain water. We didn't have bottled water back in the day. There was no diseases really. You people living in the Bible are hundreds and hundreds of years old. If you look up the Hunza people, you can Google this, the Hunza people, H-U-Z-E-A-N. Yes, I'm familiar with the Hunza people. They live in the mountains. Their average lifespan is 125 to 135 years, even to this day. Scientists were wondering, okay, what is different about them? They tested their food. Obviously, the food they're living in the mountains, all organic, all non-GMO, no pesticides, all that, natural. The water they're drinking, pH is 10.5. Alkaline water. You're looking at people like us where we have bottled water. Again, there's chemicals in there. Some people found antifreeze in some of the water bottles out there. You have municipal tap water that's in 40% of the water bottles. You don't use BPA. You have all the plastics that people are drinking, sitting on the truck, and then you're drinking the water. I love well water. Well water is amazing. I know you have well water here. I highly recommend getting away from city water. If you are in the city, or even if you do have well water, I do still recommend getting a water filtration system for the wells. You have bacteria living in there. Sometimes there's runoff from neighboring communities. You don't know what's in there. Sometimes there's sediment. Sometimes it's sulfur. Sometimes it's iron. Sometimes there's different heavy metals that you want to take out. Especially with city water, you want to get a water filter. You can contact me if you have any questions. I have a really good system that I've been researching for many years. I found a really good system for under the sink filter and a whole house system. Alkaline water system is restoring the way that God intended us to drink water. It has all the health benefits. Again, detoxifies your liver, your kidneys, cleans your blood, cleans the free radicals. Another thing too I always point out. Do you know how humans have waste? We have to pee and poop. Right. Right? Every one of us has to pee and poop. Right. So we're in the spirit realm with the Lord. We don't have to pee and poop as a spirit being. But in our body we have to pee and poop. So just like humans, our cells have waste. Our cells are like little factories, always working. So what happens is their waste, where does it go? They poop it outside of themselves. That is called interstitial fluid. That interstitial fluid, which is the fluid between the cells, between the organs, that leads to inflammation if it's not cleaned up. Who cleans it up? It's not the immune system. People think the immune system is supposed to clean up all the waste. Actually, the immune system's job is to clean away foreign bodies, which are bacteria, parasites, viruses, cancer cells. Right? But who cleans up the gunk and the inflammation and the cellular waste? Actually, it's alkaline water. Alkaline water cleans and binds to it. Again, those electrons in the alkaline water is going to bind to the waste and clean it up. So it's actually anti-inflammatory also. So alkaline water is anti-inflammatory. It's also anti-aging. Why? Because your body is not working so hard to clean up all the gunk. The alkaline water will wash it away, clean it away, and that way you're healthier, you're feeling better. Also, one of the most important things, too, is it hydrates you. Alkaline water is super hydrating. Why? Because when you're drinking that acidic water, people don't know this either, when you're drinking acidic water in a bottle of water, acidic water has a positive charge. They clump together. What happens is the water starts to have hydrogen bonding. So all the water clumps together. You're drinking it. It's hard for your body to absorb it because it's all clumped together. If you ever notice, you drink a whole bottle of water and you're still thirsty. Right. Yeah. Bottle of water. We drink bottle of water all day long here because we stay thirsty. Yeah. It doesn't make any sense. How do I drink water and I'm still thirsty? How am I more thirsty than before? Well, if you drink alkaline water, again, the way that God created it, without negative charges in the water, they're actually going to repel each other. So they're super separated. So when you drink the water, I call it smoother than water. It's super smooth and silky. Your body is literally absorbing it better. So it hydrates you. So alkaline water hydrates you more than just regular sitting water. So well water is amazing, again, but you want to activate that water back to its living component, that alkalinity state that God really intended us to drink. Wow. This is a lot of information. She's like a powerhouse of information when it comes to water. I wasn't expecting all of this. But the thing about hearing this is that it kind of makes me angry because I have a radio program, Holistic Living, where I share with people ideas of how they can live and embrace a better lifestyle. And, of course, water is like a key element in our life. And when we start talking about cleansing our bodies, when we start talking about taking out the toxins, doing all the cleansing, and then we discover that the water that we are drinking is not complementary to what we are doing to be healthy. It's crazy. It doesn't make sense. And if you don't do something extra to do the research to find out about this, how are you going to know? So we go out. Every time I go grocery shopping, I have my big gallon jug with my 9.0 alkaline water. And so now you're saying that the life of it is only about 10 hours. It's about 10 hours. And you don't know how long the 10 hours has been up and how long the water has been sitting in the jug. And so it's like… Yeah. I mean, I have conversations with people all the time, and they're shocked. I say, you know, they tell me, oh, I don't need an alkaline water system because I just go to the store and I get it. Right. Yeah, of course. Of course, I just buy it. A lot of water we know, 10 hours off, that's not alkaline. No, no, I go to the supermarket and they fill it up. That's awesome. I say, that's great that you fill it up right in front of you. That's real alkaline. Now, have you tested it? They go, no, I don't test my water. I say, well, test it daily because, you know, do you go every single day to get that fresh water? They go, no, no, no, I go once a week. I say, okay, well, I would test your water. The pH drops. You can just take the water from the next day and the day after and test the water. You'll see it's not 9.5 anymore. It's actually pH 7 because alkalinity only lasts, that energy, that high energy only lasts about 10 hours. So, you know, you get it that day in the morning. You can drink it throughout the day, but the next day you've got to go back to the store and get new, fresh, alkaline, activated water. Now, like you were saying, there are a lot of systems out there that are, you know, 5,000, 6,000, 7,000, extremely expensive. There's some, you know, name brands. I'm not going to list them. I know you've heard some of them. Right, yeah. I've seen some of the demonstrations, yeah. Right. Right. Yeah. Well, I saw an article where, with all these new developments in the neighborhood, building all of the new homes, that how it's affecting the water, how it's affecting the animals, you know, because it has so much toxin in the water. It's causing the frogs and things to grow extra body parts. And hormones. Right, you have all this. So, what happens is when you're washing fruits and vegetables in a boundary tap water, first of all, people aren't aware of this too, the fruits and vegetables actually absorb the chlorine and the fluoride. The fruits and vegetables. Right. Let's say you're cooking your rice. You better be using filtered water. You better be using, you know, you better be using something filtered, right? Because what happens if you're using tap water, you're like, oh, I'm just going to cook my rice in tap water. That rice is going to absorb all the chlorine and the fluoride and all that. I want you to test it right in front of you and show that's true. Right? So, you're cooking, trying to be healthy, and you're cooking healthy food, but if you're using tap water, you're contaminating the food that you're eating, too. Exactly. So, exactly. I mean, there's other things. I'm talking about good cookware. We can talk about that, too, because I also show good cookware where you don't have to boil your vegetables to death. Right? People boil their vegetables, and you lose all the nutrients and all the vitamins in the food. First of all, high heat will change the structure of the vitamins, but also in the coenzymes, and then also, then that goes into the water. What do you do with the water? You throw it down the drain. So, then you have these fruits and vegetables that are chlorine in there, fluorine in there, and then you boil them to death, and you lose all the nutrients, and it's down the drain. You're eating soggy vegetables that are just, there's no taste to it. So, we could, I mean, I can talk about that on another show, cookware. I have a cookware system with the same company that I sell. They have amazing products. It's called Careco. You guys can email me later, and I'll give you more info. By the way, you can email me at healthyhometechs at gmail.com, healthyhometechs at gmail.com, and I'll bless Avra as well for bringing me here, and I'll give you guys a God deal. Just let me know that you found me because of Avra's show. And anyway, but cookware, you don't have to boil the vegetables. You don't even need water. You know, I buy a lot of juice, all natural, no chemicals, but then there's a little small print that says pasteurized, and it's like as soon as you add heat to it, it's not natural, but yet you're paying these high prices. You're buying these juices and fruits and all this stuff, and you're like, oh, I'm getting great fruit juice. Right. And it says pasteurized, exactly. Right. It says pasteurized. Yes, you're killing all the vitamins and nutrients. It's like your orange juice. You pay, I bought orange juice the other day, the little, because it's supposed to be all natural and fresh. You know, I paid like $8 for a little small bottle, but then when I read the ingredient, it says pasteurized. That means it's not natural anymore. No, it's not. I don't even understand why orange juice is heated up in the first place. I know. You're killing all the vitamins and the nutrients. Yeah. I mean, I have a juicer at home, and I actually sell a juicer too, funny enough, because I'm all about healthy living. Oh. Fresh juice. There's also – if you go to just Google Anikatesuperfoods.com, you'll see I also talk about superfoods, right? Okay. Sometimes people don't have the time to juice. Right. It's expensive on a whole food and then cleaning the vegetable under alkaline water, filtered water, and then having to chop it up. Some people don't have the time. They work 9 to 5. They're a single mother. They have three jobs they're working. So there's also dehydrated superfoods that I recommend. Okay. You can look them up, Anikatesuperfoods.com. I found one of the best companies. I said, listen, I have a show. I'd love to tell my audience about this because I use it every single day. It's non-GMO organic vegetables and fruits that are chopped up, and they're made into like a powder, like a superfood powder. Oh, okay. You rehydrate the food, right? It wasn't boiled to death. It wasn't cooked. It wasn't pasteurized. You just put your alkaline water in there. It'll rehydrate the food. It's so good. In fact, if you let it sit, I drink it right away because all the chlorophyll that's in the vegetables, they turn green. And normally green juice, some of them don't taste good. This one tastes really good, all natural. And then if I let it sit, if I don't drink it, you'll actually see the different layers. It's chlorophyll A, chlorophyll, and I'm not talking about chlorine, chlorophyll that's in the plant. Right. You can see the different layers. You can see the chlorophyll A on the bottom, chlorophyll B. You can see it being separated. You know it's real, real dehydrated organic, non-GMO food. And what I do is every morning, I fill up my cup with my powder. I put the alkaline water in there, shake it up, drink it throughout the day. And I don't have time to do the juicing. It's inconvenient. But there's people that, again, fresh juicing or dehydrated superfoods, fantastic for your body. When you go to the store, you honestly will not find many good things in the store. No, no. It's processed. It's not healthy. It's pasteurized, like you're saying. And then, again, alkaline water. Let me go back to what we were talking about before. When I tested the acidic water, I wasn't surprised, right? Right, yeah, of course. You expect that, yeah. It doesn't taste terrible. You know, it's that. Okay, then I tested all the alkaline water. The Smart Water 9.5, the Walmart 9.5, the Essentube water, and then there's a bunch of other brands of things. Most of them, 95% of them, when I tested them, when they're supposed to turn with the pH drop list, they're supposed to test blue or purple if they're not 9.5. Most of them turn green, which is, again, neutral, pH is 7, which is to be expected. Even spring water. Spring water, when it was in the mountains, it was alkaline, moving and blooming and having high energy. And then as it's going down the mountain, it goes into a water bottle. Again, 10 hours, it lasts for. So when you see spring water, and by the way, if you really want to make sure it's really spring, this is something you need to look up, the UPC code. Sometimes, all the water bottles are in the jug, right in those gallons of water. It'll say spring water, okay? But look closely. Look up their UPC code because some spring waters, if you look up their UPC code, which is the source of the water, some of it will say 60% municipal water, 60% tap water. So some spring waters are not actually real spring water. You need to look at and make sure about that, double-check that. But again, the alkalinity will lose it because it's sitting in the bottle. Now, when I tested the alkaline waters in the store, again, most of them turned green. There were two companies that turned purple, which showed 9.5 water test. And I thought, ha, that's impossible. That's impossible, unless they watered, bottled it this morning. And it's in my local store, and I kept digging and digging. I'm not going to mention the names of the companies, but I kept digging and digging and digging, and I found out that these companies openly admit that they put something called magnesium sulfite in the water, which is a chemical. It's a chemical. It actually also leads to heart disease later on, and I'll tell you after the show which one it is. They put magnesium sulfite in there. That magnesium sulfite molecule, that chemical, when you do the test, it reacts with the tester and turns it purple. So it's not alkaline water. It's got a chemical in there to induce the effect of alkalinity, quote-unquote. But then the way that you double-check and you triple-check that it's really not alkaline. Sounds like a class-action suit here for us. I know. Well, you know how to get away with it? Because I wanted to see them when I found out. On the back of the bottle is the 9.5 at bottling. Oh, okay. So we need to know that. Yeah, okay. It's alkaline water. I know. It's not really alkaline. By the way, magnesium sulfate, when you dig deeper. Now, the way that you double-check if it's really alkaline is two tests. So there's the pH tester. Okay, it would turn purple. That means it's alkaline. Uh-uh, do the second test. The second test is called, and you can actually buy an ORP meter on Amazon. It's about $100, $150, something like that. But it's a tester. You actually put the unit in the water, and it's testing the charge. It's testing the electricity charge of the water. So if it's a positive charge, it's acidic water. If it's a negative charge, it's alkaline water. And the more negative the charge, the more electron-rich the water is, the more alkaline it is. So when I tested those, quote-unquote, alkaline waters that turned purple, when I tested the ORP, it was a positive ORP, which means acidic water. Masked with the chemical of magnesium sulfate. Well, it's kind of like everything else on the market, huh? Like our food. False advertising. Yeah, everything is just false advertising. So now we tell you to read the label, but if you don't really know all of the information of what you're looking for, you still end up not having a good product. Yeah, that's why I recommend having your own unit. Oh, I see. Again, there's units out there that are $5,000, $6,000. I sell a unit for $2,500. And it's auto-clean self. It's an amazing, amazing system. And the reason, by the way, the price difference is that a lot of these technologies have been around for a long time. They use, I don't want to say old technology, but an older technology, where they use seven, nine platinum plates. That's why it's so expensive. I mean, new platinum is expensive. And also, it's marketing, too. That's why they're expensive. But with the unit I'm selling, there's a patent on the technology called direct ionization. They use a lot less platinum. We do use platinum electrodes, but it's a different technology, patented technology, and it'll do the same thing as the other unit, the other ones on the market, and it's half the price. It's not $5,000. It's $2,500. So you can email me if you have any questions, and we can get you one. Wow, that is amazing. I mean, truly amazing. Particularly when, you know, like now, a lot of people are beginning to embrace holistic living. They're becoming conscious of what they put in their body, and since our body, you know, water is like the number one element that we need for our survival, and then to discover that even that is not, you can't even trust that anymore, you know, spending all this money, you know, alkaline water is really big business, you know. So you're actually really paying for expensive water. Yeah. Because, you know, you can buy spring water, which is neutral, and then you can also buy alkaline water. You're spending $2 more, and it's actually just expensive water with chemicals in there. Yeah. When I was in Fiji, I went to the place, the mountain that the Fiji water comes down on. Well, now Fiji has all of that. They have an area there where the water comes down on the mountain. They have an area that belongs to them, but that water comes down in different areas, so the people that live there, they get that same, you know, water. And it's alkaline. It's just moving down the mountains like that? Right. It's alkaline. Yeah, and they get it's naturally alkaline water that they're getting, you know. Yeah, and I'm glad you mentioned Fiji because people ask, well, okay, well, Anna, I know you have an alkaline water machine in your home, and you have filtered water in your home, and you have a system that filters the water, but what about when you travel? You travel a lot. What do you drink? Great question. I don't drink anything besides, when I travel, Fiji water. Oh, okay. Fiji is natural spring water. It's real natural spring. There's some spring waters that say spring water, and you look up the UTC code, and it's actually tap water. I'm like, ah! So, Fiji is actually a natural source. It's a bit more expensive. It is, yeah. I'm trying to stay away from bottled water, but when you're traveling, what are you going to do? Right, yeah. And I notice a lot of the airlines are beginning to serve Fiji water, and the cruises, they're beginning to have about $10 a bottle. It's expensive, but at least you know it's from the natural spring water. At least you know that it's actually alkaline water. But again, you know, it's in the bottle. It's bottled. Right. So, you have all the plastics in there. So, eventually, you know what I recommend people is really get out into the farmland, you know, get a well, you know, having holistic living, get an alkaline water unit that can actually make your water just as good. Yeah. Oh, now that I've heard all this new information, I was getting ready to put this off on the back burner for a minute, because I was thinking that, you know, that I have a well system and I have a filtering system in the well, but I don't know. I think I need to, you know, step it up. I need to, you know, add something different if I want my water. And I don't want to just have the water that I drink. I also want the water for the shower, taking a bath, and, you know, I want all of it. Yeah, that's why, you know, I talk to people. I sell whole house water filtration systems. Right, okay. And you have municipal tap water. You can filter out the fluoride, the chloride, the hormones in there, the pharmaceuticals, the heavy metals. So, your water, when you're taking a shower from city water, it's so chlorinated. I mean, I live in Florida. We live in Florida. So, Florida actually has the second worst water in the country. Oh, my goodness. Extremely chlorinated. Extremely chlorinated. And it's partly because, you know, we live in a moist environment, a very humid environment. So, you have a lot of bacteria in the water. And so, they have to either boil the water. You know, I'll have an alert often. We're boiling the water. You know, but... Does that really help or do anything, boiling the water? Yeah, when you boil the water, it kills the bacteria. Oh, okay. So, you're like, wait a second, you're getting a boil. That means there's bacteria in the water? Oh, my God, what's happening now? Bacteria loves to live in humid environments. And all the pipes from the city to the homes, I mean, there's bacteria. There's lead in there. There's all types of, you know, pesticides, herbicides that people wash the vegetables down the drain. All those pesticides, herbicides, they go back in the municipal tap water. They don't filter that out. That goes into your home. Wow. That's why I... So, tap water is just out, period, right? Tap water is horrible. Yeah. Unless you have a whole house water filtration system. Oh, okay. And I have a unit that I sell that gets rid of everything I mentioned. Okay. And it restores it back to good, clean, filtered water. So, when you're taking a shower, the chlorine, which is, by the way, gas, chlorine gas that you actually, not just going through your pores when you're taking a hot shower, your pores open and the chlorine gas goes right through your pores and your fluoride, but also chlorine gas aerosol. So, you're actually also breathing it in. So, anyone living in the city, you 100% need a whole house water filtration system. If you're in an apartment, I also sell point-of-use filters that can filter out your showers. I have a shower filter. I have an under-the-sink water filter. And, again, if you want to take your water to the next level, you can also get an alkalized water system that will make your water alkaline. So, it filters your water first and then makes it alkaline. So, I have a shower filter, an under-the-sink filter if you're in an apartment. If you have a house with a well and you say, oh, Anna, my water's great. I don't need a whole house water filter. Okay. Well, then get a shower filter and then get an under-the-sink filter. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah. At least you know you got one point, you know, where you live at where you can get good, pure water. Yeah. If you have your whole house filtered, you'll have your refrigerator water clean. You'll have, you know, your bathtub. Some people, by the way, they're like, oh, I'll just get a shower filter. They have a house. Just get a shower filter. I say, well, do you take baths? They say, yeah, well, when you take a bath in your tap, malt water, what about that? Yeah, with your skin being the largest, you know, largest organ on the body and now you're soaking in it. Yeah, you're not going to fill up your bathtub using shower water. Mm-hmm. But, you know, some people live in apartments. They don't have a choice. That's why I recommend if someone is in a house, get a whole house system. Yeah. And then, you know, I also do recommend having an under-the-sink filter if you're drinking the water because the whole house system cleans up, you know, 25 microns small. But the under-the-sink filter cleans up 0.2 microns small. So that bacteria, little, little tiny organisms that are in your well water, parasites, it will get rid of them and clean them out and then you're drinking it. Wow. It's certainly a worthy investment. And that's what I tell people. If you're investing into your health, how much, if you put a price tag on your health, how much is it worth? Yeah. For me, it's priceless. Yeah. There's no money. And the other amazing thing is the company that I work with as well, they do financing. So if people can't afford, you know, $2,500 alkaline water or they can't afford the whole house water filter system at $5,000, they can actually finance it as well. Oh, okay. Yeah. I know some of the people that was ordering the other water filter systems, you know, they had payments like $59 a month or something. It wasn't that much. So you can easily, you know, afford it. Yeah. And it's worth it. It's definitely worth it. It's worth it. Your kids are healthier. You're going to feel healthier. I'm telling you, when I started, when I got my alkaline water system three years ago, I noticed a big difference in my health. I have more energy. I have more clarity. I'm not always thirsty. They took a poll. I think it was the EPA that took a poll. It was 85% of Americans are dehydrated. 85% Americans. Why? They're drinking acidic water. It's clumped together. They're not absorbing to the body as well. They're thirsty. They're not drinking it up. And when they do drink acidic water and it's not being absorbed. So... Well, why is there so much controversy around alkaline water? Because you see information and data that says it's not good for you to drink alkaline water all the time. And it's okay if you're maybe fasting or cleansing or something like, but not everyday use of alkaline water. Yeah. That's a great question. And I think a lot of people haven't done the research to really. They just see one little note on the line and they think, okay, that's what it is. You are actually able to drink half of your body weight in ounces per day of alkaline water. So let's say you're 100 pounds. You can drink 50 ounces of alkaline water a day. If you're 200 pounds, you can drink 100 ounces of alkaline water. Most people don't drink that much a day. Right. So, you actually could. You could drink 50 ounces of alkaline water a day. That's a lot of alkaline water. That's a lot of alkaline water. That's a lot of alkaline water. That's a lot of alkaline water. That's a lot of alkaline water. That's a lot of alkaline water. Wow.
