Oh dear, I don't know if we know what we hear. As Gen Zers, we are the first generation to evolve more globally connected than our closest predecessor. I checked out with Juana Spectrum's Ask Digital Producers Corey Kennedy, a millennial, to ask him about the pursuit of one's passion within the entertainment industry, technology's role, and how to sustain a livelihood. When in journalism, I always loved, like, sports. I used to be an acrobat as a kid. Whether it was high school or pro athletes, like, everyone got a story. One of the most fun jobs I had was with the Chargers. I got to be able to work with a team, like, VAD. Seven days a week, 24-7, there's no rest for the team. I worked with team quarters. I had fast pays, fast food. Unpredictable job. It can be stressful. While talking with Corey, it struck me we cannot possibly reach expectations without also developing perseverance, humility, and hard work. As Corey points out, find your passion. Pick what you're best at. Talk to as many people as you can. Enter the industry. Get shadow people as many as you can. All the opportunities. Keep your head down. Keep grinding. Know your resume. Know your portfolio.
