The speaker discusses their project proposal for their partner's portfolio. The partner wants to showcase their artistic qualities and a game idea. The speaker suggests creating a website with four pages: one for larger coding projects, one for smaller elements of the game, one for concept art, and one for a blog. The speaker believes this will help the partner solidify their ideas and potentially use the website as a project proposal or portfolio in the future. The speaker admits that they are unsure about their design skills and would like to improve the look of the website. They also believe that sharing a project they aspire to create can draw people in and give them insight into the creator's personality. Hello, so for my project proposal, for my portfolio, whoa, okay, hello, so for my project, my partner's requirements, some of my partner's requirements were to make sure that to properly showcase what she's proud of in her field of work, and she wanted to show off her artistic qualities as well as the current idea she's working on, and she has an idea to create a game. She says this is because she doesn't have any coding experience other than what she's done at RIT, so she wanted to show off more of like her art, because those are like actual completed projects, but to do this, I ended up giving her four pages of the entire website. The first page goes to, goes for larger coding projects, like projects that would significantly impact the, that might impact the creation of the game, like building on top of the game, you know? So like, for example, the one she has is like a, kind of like a battle base, and then for the second page, this is for like smaller elements that will be added into the game, but they aren't like, it's like rudimentary, like smaller things, and then of course her third page goes out to her concept art, and this is basically like a portfolio page, to show off all of her ideas and stuff, and then for her last page, I gave her a blog, because I figured that she could, when she starts creating it, when she starts going into it, she can log all of the days that she works on it, and like what she's worked on, and like what they do, and she can write about like what she's completed, what she's drawing, her ideas, like even just like, even just like her concept. She could start like journaling that, and I think it would be interesting for her readers and for her to be able to sometimes like go back in time, and like see, oh, this is where it was at at this point in time, and oh, this is where it's at at this point in time. I just think it could be, it could be beneficial for both the creator and for the audience, but the reason why I gave her all of this is because I think she has a lot of ideas, and I think she wants to tell a lot of people about her ideas, and I think, I think she needs to, for herself as well, to solidify it, and I think, I think that this is a good way for her to like explain all of the, all of the little things that she's coming up with, and I also think this could be useful one day for like, you know, this could become like a project proposal at some point, and this could become like a portfolio. You can click on images, you can show them off, she's got slideshows, concept art, so I think that, I think that she could really like create a basis for a proposal of some kind, so yeah, that was, that's what I, that's, this is what I've created for her. What I would change about this specifically is I think that, I don't know, I might be like, I might be like wrong about this, I really have no idea, but for some reason, I just feel like my design, my concept of design is like bad, like I don't know, I feel like, I feel like it could be cleaner, I feel like this whole thing could just be like, it could be like tightened up, it could look like, I don't know, like I like this bit, but I don't like this bit, you know, but I don't really know how to like make it look good, so that's like the only thing I would change, I was like, I would like, I would like fix it, I don't know how, but I'd fix it, make it look nicer. And then, how do I think this project would draw people in, I think the idea of putting out a project that you aspire to create at some point is like a pretty good idea for drawing people in, because if somebody knows like what your work is, and like what your thoughts are, and what your thought process is, somebody knows like who you are, I feel like that gives them a lot of, like a giant window into like what kind of person you are, which duh, but I mean like, what I mean like is, look at their artwork, like spend time to like look at, or think about their idea, and stuff like that, I think that gives you a really deep insight into a person and makes you want to look into them more, so that's why I think this would draw in people's attention. Thank you for watching, sorry I went over my time, I apologize.
