And take another deep breath in, breathe in, and exhale out. And each time you blink, that's hypnosis coming upon you. And just one final time now, breathing in, keeping your eyeballs right up. Keeping your eyeballs up as you exhale down, just closing your eyelids right down. All the way down. And as your eyelids shut down, the muscles and nerves in and around your eyes are becoming heavy, droopy, drowsy. And your eyelids are starting to feel right now as if they've been glued shut, sealed shut, and locked tight. And you'll soon find the harder you try to open your eyes, the more they feel glued shut, sealed shut, and locked tight. And that's good, that's just hypnosis coming upon you. And that's a great sign of how perfectly you're responding. So just relaxing those eyes now, and just letting them go wherever they want to go. And Susan, just dropping your chin down just a fraction, so you really feel that looking down sensation. That you might feel as you look over a balcony or down a flight of stairs. And as I count backwards, you're going to see your feet, hear your feet, and feel your feet treading each step right now. And you're looking down now over that flight of ten steps. You're moving on to step ten, as each muscle, every nerve, turns loose, lets loose, and you go deeper. And you're taking step nine, and you can see your feet making contact with every step as you go deeper. You're taking step eight, you can hear your feet making contact with each step as you go deeper. You're taking step seven, going deeper with every heartbeat. And you're taking step six, as each sound and noise and movement around you carries you deeper and further into sleep. And you're taking step five and four, as each muscle, every nerve, turns loose, lets loose, and you are going deeper now into an awareness of yourself. You are going deeper now into your own internal state. And you're taking step three, you're taking step two, just going deeper. You're taking step one, just going deeper, drifting deeper, and just sleeping deeper. And every time I click my fingers now like this, and say the words sleep deeply, you're becoming more and more and more relaxed. So just going deeper, drifting deeper, sinking deeper. And as you go deeper now into this absolutely relaxed state, you're listening and responding easily, effortlessly, perfectly, exactly the way you are. You don't need to make anything happen, you can just let it happen. And just taking that deep breath in now, and breathing out. And just letting your body relax and just listen now to my words and the sound of my voice. So taking a breath in, and on the exhale now just sinking deeper down to a calming, healing, and relaxing level. You are listening now with your subconscious mind. And you know that understanding is power. And understanding in hypnosis is the most extraordinary power. And it's giving you freedom. And as you look over and around all those things and any others that may have surfaced, they all make perfect sense to you now because you understand how these things from your life and these experiences affected you. And how they made you come to certain conclusions and form certain beliefs. But now you have this understanding, you have the power to let these beliefs, feelings go. And the most phenomenal, powerful transformation is happening to you now. And any old anxious thoughts are going, they are shrinking, they are fading, and they are disappearing. And as you go deeper now, deeper now into this beautiful, relaxed state. You understand this greater truth. And that is that you were born with incredible skill and capability to process information rationally and calmly. And as this truth sinks in, it is forming a belief. Knowing this, believing this, and doing this permits you to totally let go and relax. Relax your body, relax your mind. And just allow your thoughts to flow calmly, easily and effortlessly. Observing them with a balanced point of view. And experiencing the deep calm that comes with reflecting on reality realistically. And as you observe your thoughts, as they come into your awareness, you notice that you are indeed staying calm. In ways you didn't know you could. Consciously taking everything in your stride. Knowing you have that effortless yet powerful control now. Control over the way you choose to respond and react. Calmly and easily. You think like a calm person. You act like a calm person. And you feel like a calm person. You now trust yourself profoundly as you make excellent choices and sound decisions. Knowing your brilliant mind knows exactly how to do this easily and effortlessly. Because you know you have those most amazing coping skills in any situation. You can take everything in your stride. Calmly and easily and effortlessly. And now you feel excited about your travels knowing this. You look forward to packing your bag with that great feeling that you are getting away. And you look forward to getting on the plane. Getting a gin and tonic and a bag of peanuts. And as you take that first sip you completely relax and let go. Knowing that this is your time. A break away from all the demands of life. This time is completely yours. To read, to watch movies. There's no work, no cooking, no demands, no housework. It's just time for you. Time to relax. And now this feeling of calm confidence increases every single day. And your absolute awareness of your phenomenal coping skills allows you to recognize the many abilities you possess. Taking every situation in your stride now with calm confidence. Effortless yet powerful control. Control over the way you choose to respond and react calmly and easily. Now just picturing in your mind now. Just visualizing your ideal trip. Visualize yourself packing your bag. Those great feelings that you're getting away. Excitement to go on your travels. Just bring that picture into your mind. What does that look like? Feel that excitement in your body. Feel those good feelings of just getting into that plane. Getting that gin and tonic in the bag of peace. And knowing that you have this time all to yourself. I want you to picture that now in your mind. What does it look like? What does it feel like? And I want you to see yourself in your mind being calm. Relaxed. And going through all those situations maybe before where you felt anxious. And look at yourself now with these feelings of excitement and relaxation. And as you do that, I want you to feel proud of yourself for having achieved this goal. For putting in this work and letting go of all those old fears. Knowing that all along you had these amazing coping skills. And you become more and more confident in your ability to cope with any situation. And to respond and react calmly and easily. Just picturing this in your mind now. And as you see these images and hear these words. It's causing your mind to manifest them just as you imagined. And every day now you replace any negative belief with a new positive one. And every day you feel the incredible power of transformation taking place in you. You picture your ideal situation in your mind. And you think the thoughts, you see the images and you completely accept these suggestions and you let them in. And every day now you feel so excited about your next trip. You just look forward to packing. You're excited. You have that feeling of just getting away. Looking forward to that time out on your plane. When you get your gin and tonic, your wine, your bag of peanuts and you're just completely lost. Knowing that this is your time with no demand. Just this. Perfect time just to get away and read. Where there's no demand on you or your time. It just feels amazing. You feel excited, you feel calm, you feel relaxed. And every day now as you play this recording you go to a deep level. You go to a level where you are influencing your mind. And your mind influences your body and you are reprogramming your mind to make these changes in the most wonderful way. Just seeing these images, hearing these words is causing your mind to manifest them just as you imagined. And now you can easily, effortlessly return to your full awareness. Feeling tranquil, transformed and feeling that transformation. So on the count of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Just opening your eyes, feeling wide awake and just feeling that wonderful excited feeling. And feeling proud of yourself for doing this. And excited for your next trip away. And if you are listening to this while you are on your travels.
