The Sims released an expansion pack called My Wedding Stories, allowing players to have queer marriages. However, there is a paywall of $19.99 to marry sims, which is not in the base game. The pack has a rating of 3 out of 10 on STEM due to glitches that prevent sims from getting married and other issues. This pack came with its own controversies, however. The pack has currently a rating of 3 out of 10 on STEM. Many users complain about not being able to actually marry their sims because it ends up glitching out. Sometimes the sims would do tasks on repeat and you would not be able to leave the reception, and other things that would make this pack a mess.
