You can close your eyes. I'm going to relax your whole body now first. Any sounds that you might hear around you will help you to relax even more, even better. Imagine that you can feel that there's a nice relaxing feeling going into your toes and your feet, and you can feel that your toes and your feet are getting heavier and heavier. That nice relaxed feeling is slowly going up into your calves, past your knees, and further up into the rest of your legs. You can feel that your legs are getting heavier and heavier. That nice relaxed feeling is slowly going up past your hip and to your stomach area, pushing away any negative feelings, any worries, any fears. You can feel how a nice, calm, relaxed feeling is spreading instead. Now you can feel that nice relaxed feeling is going up into your chest, and you can feel that your chest is getting so nice and light, easy to breathe, breathing slowly in and out. It's so easy to breathe, focusing on your breathing slowly in and out. Now you can feel that the relaxation is going up into your shoulders. Your shoulders are getting heavier and heavier. Feel how the relaxation is running down into your arms, past your elbows, and further down into your hands and fingers. You can feel that your arms are getting heavier and heavier. If you want to move, you can do so at any given time, but you might find that the movement is slower and heavier, just feeling so relaxed. Now you can feel that the relaxation is going up into your neck, unravelling all your tight muscles, smoothing them out. You can feel how the relaxation is going further up into your neck, going up into your jaw, relaxing all those muscles as well. I would like you to focus on your breathing again and slow it down just a bit more, breathing slowly in and out. You can feel how your heartbeat is calming down, breathing slowly in and out, just feeling so relaxed, feeling safe and secure, feeling in control. A nice relaxed feeling is going up into your eyelids, and you can feel that your eyelids are getting heavier and heavier. Focus on what you can see behind your eyelids, if it's black, white, or colours. Whatever you can see, focus on it now, and you can feel how you're drifting away, letting go completely. You have a shield around you that protects you at all times, no negative thoughts or emotions are allowed to come in, from now on at all anymore. Imagine that you're walking past ten doors in a passageway. If you can see that passageway, that's great, if you can't, it's also perfect. Imagine that you're walking past those ten doors, walking past door number ten, relaxing you completely, going on to door number nine, relaxing you even more, going on to door number eight, drifting away, door number seven, letting go completely, going on to door number six, nothing else matters anymore, going on to door number five, drifting, relaxing, door number four, the conscious mind can wander now, going on to door number three, there's no need at all anymore to pay particular attention, door number two, your subconscious mind will stay alert, taking in all the positive suggestions, going on to door number one, feeling so relaxed, safe and secure. Imagine that you can see that there's another door in front of you, I would like you to go to that door, imagine that you can see your name being written on that door, in big golden letters, it can be your first name, nickname, any name that you like for yourself, see it written on that door, now imagine that you can see that you open up that door and you step into a beautiful room, this is your room just for you, have a look around, you can put anything into the room, any carpets, pictures, furniture, anything at all, have a look around and make this room feel and look special for you. Now imagine that you walk through your room, there's another door, I would like you to open up that door and step outside into a beautiful garden, it's a perfect day, not too hot and not too cold, imagine that you're walking through your garden and with every step you take you're relaxing even more, letting go completely, relaxing even more, at the end of the garden you can see that there's a very big lake, I would like you to go to that lake, now you can see that there are three boxes at the edge of the water, imagine that you're in front of the first box, all those boxes are empty, now imagine that you are in front of the first box and you put anything into the box that makes you feel out of control, that makes you feel that you can't breathe, that makes you feel that you can't handle that situation, feeling overwhelmed, feeling that you need to let go of all of those negativities that you experienced especially when you had that operation, feeling calm and relaxed when you put it all inside, remembering all those negativities, everything that made you feel out of control in your life, putting it all into the first box now. Hold on, closing that box, going to the next box, I would like you to put anything inside that makes you feel claustrophobic, if it is the elevator, if it's a room without windows, if it is being in a plane where you don't have enough oxygen in the cool air, if it is wearing a mask or anything else, anything that makes you feel claustrophobic, thinking of all those different places, all those different situations, putting it all into the second box now. Hold on, closing that box, imagine that you go to the last box, I would like you to put anything inside that makes you feel that you're not good enough, not in control enough, anything that makes you feel that you have so much responsibility in your life, anything that makes you feel overwhelmed, negative thoughts about yourself or feelings that are not positive about yourself, put them all into that box now, anything that makes you feel negative towards yourself, put it all into the box now. Well done, closing that box, I would like you to take those boxes one by one and throw them into the lake, everything that you have put inside is not going to come back up again, the water is really deep, imagine that you can see how you pick up those boxes and you throw them into the lake, see how they're disappearing with everything that you have put inside, they're disappearing, not coming back up at all anymore. All those boxes are in the water now and you feel so much lighter, so much better, you feel as if a heavy burden has been lifted off your shoulders, you're turning around and you're walking back to your room, with every step you take you just feel with every step you take you just feel so much lighter and better, feeling more in control, able to breathe perfectly, feeling happy, feeling light, feeling strong. Imagine that you had that door and you're back in your room, in your room you can see that there's yet another door, I would like you to go to that door, open it up and step into a room that has a lot of levers and a lot of many buttons, there's one lever that is in a lower position, on that lever you can read the words mind control, push it up into the high position, put a lock around it, you don't have a key or a number combination no one else has, from now on you're in control of your mind and body, in control of your thoughts and feelings, you're not allowing anything to take away that control again, it doesn't matter if you need to be operated on, it doesn't matter if you are in a room that doesn't have windows or on an elevator that doesn't have lights, light windows, glass, or if you're in an aeroplane that doesn't have fresh air, it doesn't matter if you're wearing a mask or not, you're always feeling in control in any given situation, feeling strong, feeling good, feeling in control. Imagine that you can see that you go back into your room and in your room you can see a comfortable chair, go sit down on that comfortable chair, next to you you can see that there's a small table and on that table you can see a glass with a beautiful silver liquid inside, on that glass you can read the words control, breathing, happiness, light, tranquility. Imagine that you take that glass and you drink that silver liquid, you drink that silver liquid, you can feel what's breathing in your mind and body, always allowing you to have enough oxygen, having enough air, always feeling in control internally, always feeling calm and relaxed, always being able to breathe perfectly. You have a shield around you, it's like a beautiful golden shield, it's like a thick safety glass that is protecting you consistently, nothing that used to stress you is going to come in, it's always going to bounce off that shield, feeling safe and secure, feeling protected. Imagine that you're lying back and you're closing your eyes, you're feeling peaceful, feeling relaxed. Every time when you feel out of control, when you can't breathe, I would like you to push your index finger and thumb together, take a deep breath in, and now you're breathing out, counting down from five down to one, feeling immediately in control again, feeling peaceful and calm, your chest is light, able to breathe perfectly, heartbeat is calm, you always have enough oxygen, always have enough air going in, feeling light and protected. Imagine that you're lying on your chair, you've closed your eyes and you see all those different situations that used to be a problem but are not a problem at all anymore. Imagine that you can see that you need to wear a mask, you're not even thinking about it, you're putting on that mask and you have enough oxygen, able to breathe perfectly, you're not even feeling that it's over your nose and mouth, it's not bothering you at all anymore, you have that beautiful silver liquid inside of you, helping you to feel in control, helping you to breathe perfectly, you can see how you carry on with your day, you're not even noticing that mask, you can see how you're able to do everything that you need to do with the mask on, if you need to go out, if you're amongst people, if you go shopping, wherever you are, you're able to wear that mask easily, not even noticing it at all. Imagine that you go to the dentist, if the dentist is covering anything by your nose or mouth, you're not even feeling it, not even noticing it, breathing perfectly, having enough oxygen, able to breathe slowly in and out, having enough oxygen. Imagine that you have a facial, they're working on your face, you're not feeling anything at all, just feeling calm and relaxed, feeling peaceful, it doesn't matter if they're over your nose and mouth, you're not feeling anything negative at all, peaceful and calm. Now imagine that you're in an aeroplane, you have to wait, you're not even noticing the air around you, it doesn't matter if it's hot or cold, if there's air or not, you're just feeling peaceful and calm, able to breathe perfectly, feeling relaxed, feeling in control, consistently. You're in an elevator that doesn't have windows, no glass, you're able to breathe perfectly when the doors are closing, you're going up or down, feeling peaceful and calm and in control, the doors are opening, you're walking out, you haven't even noticed that you were in this elevator, feeling peaceful and calm, breathing slowly in and out. Imagine that you can be in any given space, doing whatever you want to do, flying, wearing a mask, being in elevators and closed rooms amongst many people, whatever and wherever you are and doing, you'll be able to do it, traveling, shopping, being in different places, just feeling peaceful and calm, feeling in control. You're not having any negative emotions at all anymore, you're always feeling in control, breathing perfectly, breathing slowly in and out, feeling happy, feeling that you're in control again, loving it, feeling proud of yourself that you have changed. From now on every time when there's a pinnicky feeling coming up, you're just pushing your next finger and thumb together, take a deep breath in, come down from five down to one, breathing out, carrying on, calm heartbeat, breathing slowly in and out, always having enough oxygen, feeling so in control, loving every minute, every second, trusting yourself again. That feeling of that operation, of that mask over your nose, of that anesthetic, it's not going to be there at all anymore, you have that memory but it doesn't have a negative connotation at all, you're just feeling peaceful and calm, feeling that you're able to breathe perfectly, no pain, you don't have to die, all of those fears have gone out and away. You've let them go, you've let go of those connotations, connections, you've cut that cord, you can see how those fears are drifting away into the universe, out and away, they're not in you at all anymore, you've dealt with them perfectly, feeling peaceful and calm, feeling in control. With this nice feeling you're getting up from your chair, from now on you're always in control, you can always come back into your room, you'll strengthen this feeling more and more, one day at a time, getting stronger and better, wearing a mask longer and longer, able to go to wherever you need to go, traveling to Asia in particular, feeling happy and calm, feeling proud of yourself, with this nice feeling I would like you to imagine that you're leaving your room, you're walking past all those doors again one by one, walking past door number one, believing, trusting in yourself, door number two, feeling so good, proud, happy, three, three, you've overcome that claustrophobic feeling completely, it's not part of you anymore, going from four to five, happy and light, feeling so positive, mentally, physically strong, going from five to six, every time when there's a panicky anxiety feeling coming up, you just push your index finger and thumb together, take a deep breath in, come down from five down to one, and you're pushing that feeling out, immediately feeling in control again, seven, able to go to wherever you want to go to, wearing that mask as long as you like, feeling so good, enough oxygen, breathing perfectly, slowly in and out, eight, from tonight you'll be able to sleep deeply, putting your head on the pillow, trusting often to a nice deep sleep, nine, dreaming beautiful dreams, seeing yourself being free, able to go to wherever you want to go to, wearing your mask easily, ten, feeling happy and calm, feeling peaceful inside, ten, feeling in control consistently, every single day wherever you're going to, whatever you're doing, feeling that you've overcome that negative claustrophobic feeling completely, feeling so proud of yourself, happy, strong, in control, breathing slowly in and out, I'm going to count from one up to ten, and when I say ten you can open up your eyes again, when I say ten, and you have fallen asleep at night, you can carry on sleeping, that's your choice, one, two, three, four, five, feeling in control and proud, six, seven, eight, peaceful and calm, nine, and ten.
