Nothing to say, yet
Nothing to say, yet
The speaker begins with a prayer, asking God for wisdom and understanding for the listeners. They talk about God's creation and purpose for each person, and encourage spreading God's word and love to glorify Him. They mention the story of David and Goliath, emphasizing that God chooses and equips individuals for their assignments. They discuss the importance of giving God glory and not seeking recognition for oneself. The speaker encourages listeners to recognize God's blessings and to start fulfilling their purpose by praising and glorifying Him. They highlight the importance of prayer and having a relationship with God, and urge listeners to remove pride and anything that holds them back. The speaker concludes by asking if listeners are fulfilling their purpose through Christ and encourages them to share the message with others. They end with a prayer of gratitude and a request for continued guidance in sharing God's word. Father, I come before you and I lift up each and every person listening. I ask you, Lord, to give them the wisdom and the understanding to open their ears, their hearts and their minds, Lord. I want to give you glory. I want to give you praise because without you, none of this would be possible and we need you each and every day. I pray this in Jesus' name, amen. Hey there, it's Anna with God's Podcast and today I would like to start in Psalms 139, verse 13. For you created my innermost being, you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful and I know that full well. God created you for a purpose. God made you in his image. God has a plan for your life. God knows what he's doing. Allow him to work in you and I ask you, are you spreading his word, his love? Are you doing it to glorify God or are you doing it to glorify yourself? You don't have to be a minister to minister. You don't have to be a speaker to be a speaker. You can be fulfilling God's purpose at work, in your neighborhood, to your friends, to your family. You are here to stop the generational curse that has been put upon your family. God has given you an assignment that wasn't fulfilled before you. If you don't fulfill it, then your children will have to be put upon that same assignment and if they don't, the next generation until it is fulfilled. I want to ask you, do you remember the story in the Bible about David and Goliath? His family was made up of strong warriors. God didn't assign his brothers the assignment to conquer Goliath, but he did choose David, the least expected. You may not think you are equipped or even worthy, but God chose you. Don't miss his calling. I want to ask you some things. Are you trying to replicate someone else rather than who God created you to be? Are you listening to the enemy's lies saying you are not good enough? Or are you doing it to make your name known or God's? Look, we all love hearing others say how great of a job you did or how you are amazing or the titles that go along with what you are doing so that others can recognize your hard work. What if it's not about you? What if you are used to be the light for God? We can't take these titles with us when we go before God. We can't say, but look, I was a CEO, I did so much. What would you think God would say to you? Are you using your position to glorify God because he is the one who gave you all these blessings? When you tell others it's because of God you succeeded, or are you taking all the credit? Listen, I know it feels good to be recognized, to get praise, but it does not belong to us. It belongs to God, our father. And some of you might think, but I worked so hard to get where I am. I did this by myself. It took me so long to get here. And I was determined. Look, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you, God formed you. God thought about you even before he made the heavens and the earth. God gave you all your gifts you are equipped with, all your gifts. Listen to that. He took you through those trials, those seasons to prepare you just like David in the story of him conquering Goliath. He was a sheep herder. He learned all he needed by protecting those sheep, which prepared him for the biggest fight of his life. What is your Goliath story? What did God take you through to teach you and prepare you to succeed? Did you give God the glory? Look, if you haven't, that doesn't mean you can't start now. This could be your opportunity. This could be your moment to not only glorify God, but share all he has done for you, all he has given you, how he has gotten you through each trial, each season. Looking back at your life, do you see him? Looking back now can prepare you for your future. Just don't stay there. No one is perfect, and we don't always get it right. But I want to share something with you. God will forgive you and allow you to keep trying again and again. That is the beauty of God. He understands and you can start today. You can thank him and glorify him today. Your journey can start right now, right here. Stop for a moment, raise your hands and repeat this prayer. Father, I come before you with a heart filled with thanksgiving. Father, I ask you to forgive me and my old ways. I ask you to align my heart with yours, Father, to allow me to share your greatness with others so I can praise you and glorify you, God. Father, I thank you for creating me and for giving me gifts and the abilities in this life. Allow me to use them for your will and purpose. For we know you have a heart of unconditional love, and it is never to harm us. Father, thank you for loving me, forgiving me, and in turn, allow me to share it with others. I pray all of this in Jesus' name, amen. Look, prayer can be simple. It does not have to be long and lengthy and using sophisticated words. God knows your heart, and he wants to hear from you. He wants a relationship with you, so speak to him like you would someone you love and watch him work in you. Watch him show up in everything you do. Glorify him, praise him, and share him. He will help you fight your Goliath. You watch. Don't miss out on your blessings God has for you. Remove your pride. Remove anything that is holding you back, like envy, jealousy. I'm not saying you can't be proud of your success or that it is wrong to be happy, but if you don't recognize where it came from, like the Bible says, all blessings come from above, and you don't thank God or glorify him or praise him, not sure if you will ever truly be happy. You will continue to keep searching. You will continue to keep yearning for something more. So I'm going to leave you with this question. Are you fulfilling your purpose through Christ? Stop and really think about it. Pray about it. Give it to God and let him show you, because he will show up. I want to thank you for coming and listening, and I ask that you share this with someone else, not so that I can get recognition, but so that somebody that may need God hears his word, that it lifts them up, because we all need God each and every day. I know I do. So share it. Help somebody else out. So until next episode, keep bibling, keep spreading God's word, and be David. Allow God to help you fight those Goliaths. Father, I come before you, and I just want to say thank you. I want to thank you for allowing me to share your word. I know I may not reach millions of people, but I thank you for those that I do reach, Lord, because if I can plant one seed, just one seed, and help somebody become closer to you, to feel your unconditional love, to have your guidance, to fill them with the Holy Spirit, I have fulfilled the purpose that you have set out for me then. Father, I ask you to continue to let me share your word, and not to get discouraged, not to allow others' influence affect how much I love you, and I want to praise you and share your word with others. Lord, I lift up each and every person listening, and I ask that you open their hearts, that you open their minds, that they can get the wisdom and the discernment from you, that you would allow them the ability to know that you are God Almighty, the Alpha, the Omega, the Maker of Heaven and Earth, and that you go beside them, you go before them, preparing a table in the presence of their enemy, that they are blessed, and that the blessings come from above. Father, I love you, and I thank you, and I glorify you, and I pray all of this in Jesus' name, Amen.
