Upward and Awkward, trailer, take one. Okay. All right. Oh, Nancy is writing a script so that we don't start talking together. Okay. We're going to try this. Okay. Pretend we have structure. Okay. Here we go. Hi. Hi. Hi. No. Hi. Hi. How's that? Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. Hi. This is Amy. Hi. Hi. This is Amy. And I'm Nancy. I was just about to say Amy. We are the group starting over. Trailer. Trailer. Take one. Hi. This is Amy. And I'm Nancy. Take it again. Take two. Well, now you just interrupted it. I know. Okay. Oh, I get it. Hi. This is Amy. And I'm Nancy. Take it again. Take two. Okay. Hi. This is Amy. And I'm Nancy. We are the co-creators of... Oh, fuck. It's good. It's good. That's what we have to do. We are the co-creators and hosts of Upward and Awkward. We're excited to tell you about our podcast and invite you... We're the co-creators and hosts of Upward and Awkward. We're excited to tell you about our podcast and invite you to be part of it. Upward and Awkward is a place where the weird hard parts of life and love are perfectly normal. We invite you to pull up a seat in the circle. This podcast emerged from our musings, conversations, and life experiences and our shared fascination about and inspiration from other people's stories. We bonded over our shared girlhood experience of feeling like maybe we're not on the right planet. Other people around us may have told us that too. I became a swimmer, an aspiring astronaut, international model, pastry chef, restaurateur, gardener, and artist. And meanwhile, I became a nature girl, book nerd, figure skater, feminist, world traveler, and almost medical student, a writer, a public health professional, and a marketing entrepreneur. We each got married... Once. Became parents... Twice. Got divorced... Once. And are dog moms... Many times over. You might be able to hear Rosie as we speak. Today we're finding our way through life and love as women, mothers, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are unusually tall... Desperately divergent. Unmarried. And optimistically single. Stories as women, mothers, formerly married, now single, friends, family members. This makes sense. That was like non sequitur. Okay. We thought it was important to try this podcast... No. I'm starting over. Where? I'm going to just take a restart. Do you want to listen to it? Sure. Let's do that. We're going to listen now. Listening.
