Infinite eye/Crown

This is a guided meditation to open and activate your infinite eye and crown chakra. Begin by focusing on your breath and relaxing. Visualize indigo and gold light expanding from your infinite eye, opening it. Run this light from the back of your infinite eye to the front, cleansing and creating a stronger pathway for intuition. Then, spin violet and white light through your crown chakra, connecting it with your third eye. Take a moment to feel the sensations and the expansion of these energy centers. Finally, ground yourself and embrace the wisdom of your infinite eye and crown chakra. Welcome to a meditation for opening and activating your infinite eye and your crown chakra. Let's begin. Begin by focusing on your breath and just allowing your breath moving through your body and the sound of my voice to bring you just a little bit deeper into relaxation. Just allowing your inhales and your exhales to bring you fully into your physical body here and present now. And when you are ready, please place your attention and become aware of that space just between your eyebrows on your forehead known as your infinite eye. And notice as you are noticing your infinite eye, beautiful indigo and gold light beginning to expand and express, opening your infinite eye. If this is a new exercise for you, simply look within and envision this beautiful indigo and golden light beginning to expand, beginning to activate your infinite eye, your eye of wisdom. The infinite eye begins on your forehead and completes at the back of your head, just at the base of your skull. If you like, you can begin to run indigo and golden light from the back of your infinite eye to the front, from the front to the back. Just seeing it move gently and easily in a tube of light from your forehead to the back of your skull, opening and cleansing and clearing, creating a stronger pathway for intuition, a stronger pathway for wisdom. And just allow this beautiful laser beam of indigo and golden light to move gently back and forth and sending out the front of your infinite eye and releasing out the back of your infinite eye. Good. You are now increasing your potential to tune in, to tap in to your knowingness, to the wisdom of your soul, and to the information, the light coming through the crown chakra at the top of your head. And when you're ready, you can begin to spin beautiful violet and white light through the crown of your head, just feeling that beautiful tingling sensation, that opening, that activation of your crown chakra as it opens like a funnel to the heavens. And feel how good it feels to have this beautiful connection, these sensations running through the crown of your head and moving very gently, gracefully down into your third eye, connecting these two energy centers, merging these two energy centers so they begin to move together. Beautiful indigo, violet, gold, and white light swirling together, unifying. Take a deep breath into these beautiful colors and feel the expansion of your infinite eye and your crown chakra increasing just a little bit more. I'm going to give you a moment to be with these colors, to be with these sensations, and to feel what it feels like to have these energy centers together, unifying, creating, bringing light, bringing information, bringing higher guidance of your soul from your higher chakras down into the crown of your head and into your infinite eye to be disseminated throughout your beautiful body. Do that now. And taking a couple of more nice, deep breaths. Just calling grounding into your body as you raise yourself up to the highest heaven simultaneously, knowing that you are now fully grounded, connected, open, and just feeling how good it feels to be in the wisdom of your all-knowing infinite eye and crown chakra.
