Namaskaram! In this session, we will be studying Vedas, which have numerous benefits such as improving focus, memory, and positive thinking. They also help reduce ignorance, fear, stress, and anger. We have four Vedas, each with around 20,000 mantras. We'll learn one mantra at a time, along with its meaning. Keep practicing and stay tuned! Thank you. Namaskaram to all. Here we will be learning Vedas. Vedas are known to improve focus, diction, memory, positive and rational thinking, divinity, connection with the God and confidence. Vedas are also known to decrease ignorance, autism, fear, stress, tension, anger and pronunciation problems. As we all know, we have four Vedas, Rig Veda, Adharvana Veda, Yajur Veda and Sama Veda.
