I am so excited to be here. I am Amber. I have been in the OV department for six years now. I have been in the OV department for six years now. One of the things I was trying to get across was to reinspire all of these healthcare workers to remember why they chose that specific career in the first place. I think it is so important to be able to do that. I think for me it is doing the little things. Like I mentioned in the last group, I have done a bunch of these over the last two days. A lot of people talk about the little things. A lot of people talk about the little things. We try to make sure we have different availabilities for people that are beyond just the healthcare that they are needing. We try to make sure we have different availabilities for people that are beyond just the healthcare that they are needing. We try to make sure we have different availabilities for people that are beyond just the healthcare that they are needing. I am sure labor and delivery is such an exciting place to be when you get new babies. I am sure labor and delivery is such an exciting place to be when you get new babies. It can be scary especially for first-time moms. It can be scary especially for first-time moms. We will move on. What do you enjoy most about getting to go to work every single day? It is interesting how when they pick up a piece of candy, is it okay to take a piece of candy? It is interesting how when they pick up a piece of candy, is it okay to take a piece of candy? It is interesting how when they pick up a piece of candy, is it okay to take a piece of candy? It is interesting how when they pick up a piece of candy, is it okay to take a piece of candy? It is interesting how when they pick up a piece of candy, is it okay to take a piece of candy? It is interesting how when they pick up a piece of candy, is it okay to take a piece of candy? Where does your passion for working come from? Where does your passion for working come from? Growing up, I wanted to be a vet. Then my grandma was in the hospital when I was 16. The nurses there let me help take care of her and let me help fetch her from the house when it needed done. That kind of changed what I wanted to do. Then I started going through the role of becoming a nurse. My grandma was a nurse. Following her footsteps gave me more passion about that than being a veterinarian. Seeing how those nurses cared for her and also cared for all of us as a family is where I stemmed from. Absolutely. I think examples are so important because I've asked a lot of people what got them into the career that they have or how did they find that passion. A lot of people will name off an example that they looked up to that they really followed, whether that was a random nurse, whether that was a family member or a friend. They really looked up to those people. I think it shows the importance of how much people watch other people as individuals. It shows the importance of wanting to set a good example for other people around you because I feel like if someone were to look up to me, I would want to be the person that I picture in my head. I don't want to be thinking that I'm someone and then portraying something else. I think it's definitely a dual-sided thing where you can look up to these people, look up to these incredible examples that you've had for so long in your life, but then becoming an example for other people around you. Does anyone have anything else on that question? I would like to say I kind of understand the importance of the three W's. The three W's to me are where you work, who you work with, and what you do. I enjoy where I work, who I work with, and what I do. I think that should be kind of a motto or a stride for what we, it's just kind of short and sweet three W's. I think if you have those, then the rest of it falls into place. Absolutely. I think all those things are so important. That's one thing that I really try and talk about in my podcast because if you think about it, if you go listen to a speaker or you listen to a podcast, you're not going to remember all 20, 30, 40 minutes of what you listened to, right? You always want to have that key point that people are really grabbing onto, something that they can remember, like the three W's. It's short and sweet and easy to remember. I think that, I mean, I know that obviously it is so important because your career is something you do for the rest of your life. Once you graduate high school and then if it's a career where you do need to go to college, you graduate college, you're in that forever. It's important to love where you work, love who you work with, and love what you're doing or you're going to be miserable the rest of your life. Thank you for bringing that up. That was awesome. How do you guys take care of yourself outside of your job and how do you stay healthy because that is so important, to be able to give your all when you do get to work? A little bit like jokey here, but I try to spend time away from like swimming. I work with a lot of people and it can get a little exhausting, so just going to spend time with animals or something more abstract like video games and things like that. Right, that absolutely makes sense because you're with people all the time, so you need to get away so you can decompress. So then you're reset and the next day you're ready to go. You're ready to talk to all those people again, so that's definitely a great way to reset at the end of the day. I don't know. I'm kind of the same with Dani too. I don't really go out many places. I kind of hang out with my family and to me that's a good way to reset. And when I do want to, I'll go for a walk or something, enjoy the, especially when it's nice out, the sun. The sun definitely does. That's something I love about people who tell me the things they like to do outside is because not only are you getting that physical exercise in that's really benefiting yourself, but you get to be outside. You get to be in nature. You get to feel the sun on your skin when it is sunny. I just keep hoping summer comes faster. I'm wishing away this winter. I know I shouldn't, but I don't like the cold. So that's awesome. For me, it would be walking my dog. We just have the best dog ever, and we go for walks. I love walking. Enjoy her and how she enjoys it as well. Absolutely. It just makes me so happy. Yeah, I love walking my dog, and it always takes me longer because he thinks he needs to pee on every single thing. We walk two steps, he needs to pee again. I'm like, what are you doing, bro? There's just such a weird connection between people and dogs. There's something about it that I just can't get over. My dog, he's my best friend in the whole entire world. Absolutely. Yep, for sure, for sure. Okay, if you could do one thing to brighten someone's day, what would it be? At work or even in your personal home life. I like giving compliments. Just like little things. If I'm a total stranger, you're like, walk by, you brought a monkey suit dress, you have some outfits, and you say something, and it brightens their day. I'm so happy you brought that up because that's something I haven't heard yet. No one said give compliments, and I work in a clothing store. Actually, just right here, I work at Damn Outlet, and it means so much to me if someone is like, oh, your hair looks cute, or I like the outfit you're wearing because, I don't know, I'm definitely like the five love languages, and you have words of affirmation. I love words of affirmation, and I think most people do. Whether they admit it or not, people like to be complimented, so that's definitely a good one. Does anyone have any other thoughts? Just saying hi to people. Yeah. Ask them to acknowledge you that they're there. Absolutely, yeah. People want to be acknowledged, for sure. And to get a lot of what you said, exactly. Somebody maybe just hires or they're done, and just to say, hey, you're doing a good job, keep it up. You may not think so, but you are, and I think that compliment really helps. Oh, it definitely does. It definitely stays with people, for sure. Well, thank you, ladies, so much for being here. That was so fun. All righty, I am here with another group of people, so let's go ahead and go around in a circle and tell me what your name is and what you do at the hospital. So we'll start with you. My name is Logan, and I'm the IT coordinator. Awesome. Thank you. Hi, I'm Ramona, and I work in the media. Perfect. I am Clint. I am in the imaging department. I do X-ray, CT, and MRI. Awesome. We've got a good group of people here. And now let's just go ahead and get into this. So I want to know, have any of you ever saved a life or made someone feel more comfortable in the hospital? Because I know, you know, we don't have any nurses in here, so you probably haven't done chest compressions on someone, but how have you made people feel more comfortable in the hospital? Oh, yeah. No, it's just free range here, so you just speak whenever you feel inspired. I have actually done compressions. Oh, I was wrong. A few times, actually. One time I did, we just get them back. Short-lived. Short-lived. Absolutely. It's a good experience. Yeah. Something I'll never forget. As for making people feel good, sometimes in the hospital, all you get is hospital stuff. Uh-huh. So I like to, when I get through the have-tos, like allergies, etc. Uh-huh. Like our video. Where are you from? I talk about that. Right. Right. You really try and figure out how to make it more personal, so it's not just, it's not like the video we watched where, what are your allergies, for the 1,800 times that I have to ask you. So I think those personal connections are very important, and I'm sure going back to the chest compressions that you've done, I'm sure there's an adrenaline rush in you. I think that if I ever had to do chest compressions on someone, I'd be really grateful for that skill of knowing that. So it's definitely very, very cool. I feel like when you work in the medical field, you get the opportunity to learn so many, like, practical and beneficial skills that could really change someone's life. So that's awesome. Does anyone have anything else on that question? No, that can be anywhere. Okay. Oh. Okay. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Yeah. Right. I'm sure that was pretty hard in the moment, but after you're grateful that you were able to do that, so. Yeah, my dad made all of us take CPR class. Oh. That's really cool. He's a prepared guy. He wants you guys to be prepared. That's awesome. All right, moving on. So what do you enjoy most about your job? We got some different jobs here, so what are some highlights of your day when you get to step into your shift? You got anything to say, Logan? Uh-huh. That's okay. That's okay. That's true. That's true. I am so not a techie person, so I would definitely rely on them a lot. Right. Right. Absolutely. It's kind of that immediate satisfaction, which humans crave. Humans love. That's why people find a lot of satisfaction from, like, small things, like cleaning, because they clean, and then it's done. It's not, like, a big task over the span of two weeks or a month or even years where you have to wait to see this result. You get it immediately, so that's always the best feeling ever. What? Oh, yeah. I love cleaning. It's like, I don't know. I started off with hotels, and then I was going to nominate teachers' houses because I had a teacher that had Parkinson's, and she couldn't clean, so she paid me, like, $40 a day to clean her house. And then I was like, I really like cleaning the before and after. And I love taking pictures of the before and after, so I do the same thing at the hospital when I use, like, befores. I take the before and after. I'm just like, I look bomb. Look how good it looks. Yeah, cleaning, it's just so therapeutic, too. It is. It just makes me happy. Something that doesn't go my way with cleaning, then I get mad. Oh. I don't like the OCD. It's like a your way or the highway thing. Yeah, it's like a little, like, it's my routine. If I get interrupted, then my whole day's ruined. You have things to do, and we're going to leave you alone while you do it. Especially this guy. He follows me everywhere. Oh, pushing her around, huh? No, no. Interfering with that routine. It's always fun. Okay. How do you guys show kindness and compassion in the healthcare setting? Because this is something that I think is a choice that you consciously make every day to be kind, to show compassion to other people. So how are you guys really able to fulfill that in your career? Well, it's doing it, you know, getting the right thing for them, just doing the job correctly is part of the compassion, but also not like a robot. You've got to be human about it. Yeah, some humanness about it. You've got to, you know, here's a meal tray. Get the job done. Here's a meal tray. Can I get you anything else? Is there sunlight? Is it cold enough? Is it warm enough? You know, that kind of thing. Right. How can I make it better? How can I make it more comfortable? Like if you're at home. Uh-huh. It's not going to ever be home, but more home-like, especially for someone who's staying as an inmate. Right, for sure. I think it's really important to look at them as if they're a person because sometimes we look at them as if they're like an alien from another planet and it's like, all right, do this. Okay, you're done. You know, it's not trying to be genuine with them and to be authentic. So we've talked a lot about how little things go a long way. Warm blankets. That's one that people have mentioned quite a bit and how impactful that can be on someone, and it absolutely can because who doesn't love a warm blanket? But I think it's honestly so much more than that. It's the action of like people being willing to do that. So thank you. Yes. Muggie? As someone more technically inclined, there's a lot of nurses and other physicians in the health care where they have to use technology at their job, but they're not necessarily comfortable with it. And I would like to approach that as very understanding and never blame someone for not understanding because it's technology. My position is more just help them interface with that to better do their job. Absolutely. I think you guys on kind of the administrative side, you know, and IT and all of that are so important because they really help out their coworkers. Whereas, you know, you have people like you who do CAT scans, who do MRIs, things like that, who are more hands-on with the patients, but then you have your IT guys that help take care of you. And just talking about IT, people kind of look at this younger generation and they go, oh, they're so good with that. I am not. They must have, like, skipped me or something because that went in one year and out the other year. Starting this podcast was the hardest thing I've ever done. And I struggled with it a lot. So I'm sure people are very, very grateful, especially this older generation of people who really don't know how to do anything. So they love you. Yeah, I can do it. I can run a CAT scanner. Uh-huh. But have me get a new phone and try to program things for you. Isn't it funny how that works sometimes? It's like you're trained in one thing, but then something that should be simpler is a lot harder. Yeah. Oh, that's awesome. Okay. So you work in the healthcare field, obviously. What are ways that you take care of yourself and you stay healthy outside of the healthcare field? Like how do you really separate your home life from your work life? I want to pass on this one because I'm not working in healthcare, but I'm not very good, I'd say. No, I'm going to leave it there. That's okay. That's okay. I don't do much. When I'm not working at the hospital, I clean houses on the site. Right. So I'm always on my feet, busy. Uh-huh. I'm on Lexapro, so I feel nothing. No stress. That's awesome. From work or not having a day off. Right. And we talked about cleaning, how it can be very therapeutic, so I think it's a good time to decompress and detox. So that's awesome. Okay. What inspired you guys to take the career path that you have? Because I feel like the medical field is a very special area. So where did your inspiration come for what you do? I had to open that can of worms. Oh, my gosh. He told me the whole story. Oh, you got a whole story, huh? It was like 30 minutes. 30 minutes. I could tell. I tried to abbreviate it. All right, let's hear your abbreviated version. So I was having medical training, this was years ago. Me and my wife owned a special deli. Uh-huh. So we're on our way home, there was an accident. There was a guy laying underneath the front of the truck, with a big pool of blood, et cetera. Uh-huh. Cars going all around, nobody's helping him. One lady's standing in the middle of the intersection, like, confused. Uh-huh. I'm like, shoot, someone's got to help this guy. So we jumped out. I run over there and I'm like, hey, man, hang in there. I have no training. Hey, you do what you can do. I've got to keep him with you. Wife grabbed the blanket. Anyway, so I can't tell the story without those parcels. Uh-huh. Sorry, it's your podcast. No, no, no. So I'm saying, hang in there, ma'am. And all of a sudden this lady, and I'll get to the point of the metaphor at the end. This lady jumps out in front of me, out of nowhere. She's on her knees and starts praying for the guy. I'm like, okay. She said, amen. And I said, amen. And she heard me say amen. And she looked at me. She said, you believe in praying? And I said, yeah. So she holds out her hand. So I throw up a cigarette. And I grab her hand. And she starts praying. And just at that time, the guy rolled his head up. And the one eye that he had, it's like someone took a Molex. They split it. His eye was gone. His nose was gone. His mouth was gone. Half of it. And he's looking. There's one good eye. And he's trying to say something. But he's not looking at us. He's looking at something. He sees something. It's been a while. I'm just piercing it. Anyway, and they start going. Anyway. The lady was gone. I don't remember like over him. It was just the moment I remember. That's crazy. I asked people. Some people were like, yeah, I've seen the lady. Other people were like, there's no lady. You're crazy. This is just chaotic. Someone says, yeah, she was wearing a white jacket. I don't know what that was doing. I just remember that person saying that. It was a bizarre thing. But he didn't move until she started praying for him. And when she started praying, he moved his head and started looking. Anyway, that story. So my wife said what was all said and done. She said, how could you handle that? She was over there gagging. A big pool of blood. And I'm like, I don't know. I just did. I hate to say it, but you almost kind of look like a wax figure. Kind of dehumanized. I don't know. Maybe how I coped with it. I don't know. And she says, you need to do something medical. Here I am. Wow. That's the most interesting story I've gotten. That's kind of crazy. I think it shows that miracles are a real thing. I do. I definitely think so. I think miracles have definitely been granted in my life. Thank you guys so much for being on here. That was awesome. Buckle up. All right. I'm here with our very last group at our last session of the day. And I'm super excited because it looks like we have a good group here. So we're going to start off. We're going to go in a circle. And why don't you tell me your name and what you do at the hospital. So we'll start with you. I'm Joni Lane. I work registration. And I seem to be a respiratory therapist. Oh, very nice. My name is Felice. I work in the inpatient med suit unit as a patient care tech. Thank you. My name is Tiffany. And I work in the pharmacy department. And I'm a pharmacy technician. Awesome. Hi, I'm Brian. And I'm a physical therapist. Very cool. We got a good group of different career paths. But we're going to start off. And I want to know what a rewarding part of your day is. When you step into your career for the day, when you get on shift, you clock in, whatever you do, what are you so excited to, like, be a part of that day and to experience? And it's open response. So anyone can answer whenever they want. Mine is knowing that the patient didn't fall on night shift. A real big thing. Yeah? Do you work day shift or night shift? Both. So you're kind of, you're just hoping that when you get in there it's not a mess all over the place. Yeah. Most times I don't know what I'm coming into after the four-day shift. Yeah? Or the four-day weekend. But, you know, I always have to have the attitude of I got this. Oh, yeah. Especially, I think, working in the medical field can be really, really challenging at times. So I think that I got this mentality always has to be set in place and really important and crucial in what you do in any area, really. I think mine is trying to bring the best clarity of how the financial side works to patients because sometimes it can get a little confusing and you can see the frustration on them. They're like, why do I have two bills? What's this? And then just trying to explain it to them and having them leave a little softer than when they came in. Absolutely. I'm sure you found a lot of amusement in our restaurant health care video earlier. I thought that was funny because you're right. Like you go and this person is billing you for this and this person is billing you for this and I think people get super overwhelmed with that and they just kind of get all this thrown at them. It's like a life or death situation and they still have to pay for it. So definitely taking the time to make sure they understand what's going on instead of just dropping and running is really important. Does anyone have anything else on that question? I like finding some sort of positivity or productivity from, I guess, a previous appointment to the next and just reflecting on how people are making progress, how it's affecting you and how it's making you better. Absolutely. From all of our physical therapists, they always talk about progress and I went to physical therapy, it's probably been over a year ago actually, but first of all, it is so hard. It was like a workout. Every time I left, I was sweating so bad. I needed to bring a gallon of water with me, but I could definitely see how the satisfaction of being a physical therapist would be with your patients because I feel like that area above all is really kind of steps forward. Obviously, at some point, you're going to have steps backwards, but really it's helping them improve, helping them be able to do the things that they wanted to do but they didn't get to do because of whatever it was that happened to them. So I think I could definitely see how that would be a rewarding part of the day. Moving on, how do you show kindness and compassion in the health care setting? So I don't know if any of you guys went to the Plain Tree Conference last year, but one of the big messages we were trying to get across was compassion and how can you show compassion to not only your patients but also your coworkers because they're both so important. You work with your coworkers every day, so it's important to love and care for them and enjoy being around them, but then obviously your patients are what you go to work for unless you're on the administrative side, then it's probably more coworkers. So how do you show that compassion in your work field? Picking up shifts when it's needed. You're doing, like, picking up, covering shifts when it's needed and helping some stranded patients sometimes. That's so important, too. I work in a clothing store, and I always feel really grateful when, you know, last minute I need a shift picked up. Like, that means a lot because sometimes when they don't pick it up, it's like, oh, I know you could have done that, but you just didn't want to. So that definitely means a lot to your coworkers, for sure. And we're surprise muffins every now and then. Oh, yeah? People love snacks. So food is always the way to go. Yes, and Joni said, you know, a lot of it has to do with compassion. You know, you've got to think about the short staffing, and for me, I like to help out because I know how it is to have short staffing. You know, the RNs are running around trying to do their mags, and the patient's falling, and it's about to fall over here. You know, I want to be extra helpful. I do what I can to help out, and I will take care of patients. Some days are challenging, but then there's other days where it's like, this patient's killed, so it's all good. For sure. I think you're right. Like, being aware is so important, being aware of your surroundings, because if you are oblivious to what's going on, you probably wouldn't be one of the favorite employees. So I think just really trying to help out where you can in the free time that you have because people really like aware people, and you're able to get more done. You're able to help people with more potential. Thank you. We do a lot of teamwork as well. You know, if someone's going over meds or something, and the patient needs it right away, you know, we do what we can to help. Right, work together. It's kind of that question we did in our icebreaker, do we feel stronger united than divided? Because I think it's really important to have different eyes, have different opinions, have different perspectives, and able to really work together to help someone, to prescribe medication, to be able to do all those things. I like to try and find something to talk about other than work, like make a point to discuss something that's not related to our work day, like why we're here, just to make a better connection with people and connect, I guess. Yeah, for sure. I think that's when that authenticity steps in, when you're really showing that you want to be more than, you know, just like all of your typical work questions and all those questions that you were taught to ask people is really creating and forming those relationships that really do matter to people. So have you ever saved a life or made someone feel more comfortable in the hospital? Because I know on, like, the administrative side and stuff, that you're usually not in the ER doing chest compressions on someone, but have you ever done either of those things? Mine was on a diabetic patient. The patient was just dialyzed. This was at a different facility, though. And the patient was set up for dinner and then on the clean-out, or just was out, and then I remember saying, you know, like, maybe it's the sugar. Everybody started doing the compression and everything else, and I jumped in there. I did an acu-check, and sure enough, the patient was in a diabetic coma. So they did the 150 straight up. The patient was good to go. That's awesome. And I'm sure it felt really good to be able to be there, hands-on, helping with that. Yes, that's awesome. It made me feel good. Everybody was like, wow, you're just a philanthropist. Right. I knew the patient was diabetic because, you know. Yeah, that's so important to be able to just jump in and help out when needed because I'm sure some people get very exhausted with what they're doing. So always stepping in and making sure that, you know, you're helping where you're needed. So that's really important. Okay, you work in the medical field. What are ways you guys like to stay healthy and take care of yourself? Yes, the medical field is a very complex area. There's a lot to it. It can be very mentally draining at times. So how do you take care of yourself and really reset at the end of the day so the next day when you come back you can give your full potential, you can give that 100% to 120% to the people that are around you? I usually go walking with my husband and my baby just after work. We can sit for 30 minutes or talk about our day and, you know, we're either trying a new trail or just a truck. Right. Walking is the best ever because you get to talk, you can decompress, really reset and have a clean slate, and you also get that physical activity in. So that's awesome. Finding new recipes to try with my son. Oh. He mostly cooks, so we sit there, we try different things to make. Do you guys like making more, like, dinner recipes or, like, dessert? Like dinner recipes. Okay. Like steak marinade. I don't have a smoker, but we discovered how to smoke meat without a smoker. Oh, so you really get creative. That's awesome. And you're building that connection. You're forming that relationship even deeper because as important as it is to build relationships with new people, it's also important to strengthen the relationships with the people that we already have in our own lives. So I thought that would be so fun. I love trying new recipes, too. It's one of my favorite things ever. All right. Moving on, if you could do one thing to brighten someone's day, what would you do? You just buy a coffee. Bring in a coffee unexpected in the morning. A way to pick me up in the morning. Absolutely. And unexpected is that key word. My dad is really good to my mom, and he'll always buy her flowers for, like, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, her birthday, all those holidays. But she always tells him that her favorite flowers are the Just Because flowers. He just did it out of the goodness of his heart. And so I think, like, you know, just bringing in a coffee when it really matters is important to a lot of people. Let's go. I think I would be bringing the muffins out of nowhere. Yeah. I'm like, if I just stop at a gas station, oh, they have pretty good muffins. Uh-huh. I saw these muffins, and I thought, hey, bring it in for people to enjoy. For sure. And food touches people's hearts. Like, it really does. It gets to people. I have – you guys might know Aaron Tate. He's a PA in the ER, and his wife is the sweetest thing ever. They're really close with their family, and she was always taught growing up to make food for people. That was one of the biggest ways you could show love and kindness to other people. And so she really believes that. I got to have her on my podcast a couple episodes ago, and she was talking about how it's something that she doesn't have a lot of talent, she doesn't have a lot of strengths, but she can make dinner for someone, whether when they're sick, maybe they just had a baby, or, you know, maybe she just wanted to go out of her way to be kind and how that can really touch people. And so I'm just telling you, if there's something about food, something about drinks, it just really gets to people. It hits home for them. Does anyone have anything else on that one? Mine is with my son, too. I sometimes will check him out of school early just to spend more time with him, and he can have a mental day, too. So we'll go to the lake, go hiking, or go back home and create crafts. And I bet he loves that so much. I bet he's like, I'm getting checked out of school. I'm going to go hang out. That's always so fun. Where did you guys find your inspiration to take the career path that you're in? Like what was really kind of the motivating factor to get you into what you're doing? I think it was for me with my grandmother. She was on so many different types of medications, and, you know, I was curious about it and what it does and kind of how it's brought in that area. Absolutely. You wanted to be able to understand that part of her world. So that's awesome. Examples are important. Probably just because I was raised by my grandma. She was very loving, very caring, very, you know, just went all out to always willing to help others. That's kind of what she instilled in me, and that's what health care is. Absolutely. I think that's, I don't know, if I could come up with a definition for health care, it would be helping, caring for others. Like that's really what you're supposed to do. And so I think especially when you can do that with a kind heart is really when it makes a big difference. I think mine would be, because my whole family's in the, like my mom, my aunt, they're in the health care field. So that's what, even if I like did that to myself, even if I don't get, you know, like I don't have time to go to school, I could at least, you know, be a part of it. And that's when I got the registration job to P. And then I'm like, hey, I'm like, I'm working in the hospital, I'm part of it now. And came to Opportunity for Respiratory Therapist and took that chance to apply for it, see what they thought. If I don't get it, I don't get it. And next thing you know, I get an email, hey, you've been accepted. I'm like, oh. And good thing about that too, because my mom and my aunt, they're respiratory therapists too. So I have somebody to look to if I'm struggling in certain areas. You're able to kind of bounce different ideas off of them and things like that. All right. Does anyone have anything else? Okay. Sounds good. Thank you guys so much for being here. This was fun.
