The presenter discusses the timeline and measurement process for assessing patient use of the application. Surveys will be conducted quarterly by PCP staff to evaluate patient alignment and feedback. Revisions will be made based on survey results to tailor the app to meet individual needs. The measurement process also includes tracking medication adherence and hospitalization numbers. The frequency of surveys may change based on patient results, and monthly data findings on the MyPill app will be compared to other data. For the last portion of this presentation, I want to discuss the timeline and the measurement process. The surveys conducted will be done quarterly to measure how well patients are aligning with the application if they are using it frequently. These surveys will be conducted by the PCP staff, and these surveys will also be asking for feedback regarding the application, if the individuals are adapting well, if they still find it too difficult, or they are enjoying it. If the survey shows specific reasons why individuals are not using the application, revisions will be made on the app to tailor towards their needs and accessibility. Comparing how many people are taking their medication or still forgetting as well will be a measurement process to take into account. Results will be compared to each previous survey. Once a year of implementation, the surveys will go from three months to every four months, dependent on results of patients. If the refills decrease, and hospitalization numbers decrease as well, we will also compare monthly data findings directly on MyPill application.
