This is a delicate arrangement of the theme for "Pallet Town", by Junichi Masuda, from Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow. The playback does not function correctly on most ascending rolls in the piano part, so just try to imagine that it sounds nice on those parts. I really enjoy arranging lots of different genres of video game music, especially Pokémon, and am alleyway open to more suggestions for games/ways to improve/themes you would like to see.
