For older adults, it can be challenging to set up software or plug it in by themselves. They may live alone, without someone to help them when needed. A virtual sitter would be highly beneficial in these cases, as they could provide assistance in case of a medical emergency or a fall. And then lastly, as far as for the older adult, they may have potentially some difficulties either setting up the software if they are by themselves or just having the software plugged in, different things like that. They may also live alone, so with that, a virtual sitter would actually be a lot more beneficial for them than a younger person because the older person who lives alone won't have someone there to help them when needed, and so a virtual sitter would be a lot more beneficial because they could have another set of eyes on them in case there is a medical emergency or if a fall does occur or something along those lines.
