Today I went to therapy and let the sun analyze my childhood. The sweat from this encounter made me touch my skin and, touching me gently, I understood what was missing. During my session, I told the sea everything that still hurts, and the sea gave me foams to reflect upon. I found it coherent, I had never thought about it that way. The sea within agreed and tears flowed, releasing an old pattern. I felt a huge relief and scheduled my next appointment for next week. Nature is truly an incredible therapist. Hoje eu fui para a terapia, saí de casa e deixei o sol analisar a minha infância. O suor desse encontro me fez tocar a pele e, tocando-me suavemente, compreendi o que me faltava. Aproveitei o meu tempo de sessão e contei ao mar tudo o que ainda machuca e o mar me devolveu espumas para que eu refletisse. Achei coerente, nunca tinha pensado sob essa ótica. O mar de dentro concordou e escorreu pelos olhos um padrão antigo. Senti um alívio gigante e marquei o retorno para a próxima semana. A natureza é mesmo uma terapeuta incrível.
