2DU's Bret Murray spends 10 minutes with the newly elected 2024 Dubbo Regional Mayor, Councillor Josh Black. Joshua, was a local who worked at the abattoir in Dubbo, became a school teacher, and campaigned hard for election to Dubbo Regional Council by his peers. Josh has since been voted into a second term and voted into the office of Mayor by the other ten Councilors who were elected at the 2024 September Local Government election.
