Yes guys I am back in the studio I have been away for a while now but yeah I'm with AJ today so I'm very excited for this podcast. Okay this podcast we are bringing back our podcast from the first episode of emotional intelligence which are the philosophers the experts and the doctors so yeah today our topic is going to be up for the teachers you know the practical tips of for the teachers in emotional intelligence. Okay without further ado let's get straight into our podcast about practical tips for teachers. We'll start with our head manager Ms. Teva, the floor is yours. A practical tip that a teacher can foster emotional intelligence in a classroom is by sharing personal stories about emotions which helps children understand helpful ways to express and regulate emotions towards themselves or others. Okay so that was our head manager's point of view. Let us listen to our researcher Ms. Hamyala, the floor is yours. Encourage eye contact there's a mind-body connection associated with empathy. It helps us valued when the person we are talking to makes eye contact with us. Remind students to make eye contact with each other when communicating. Ms. Researcher, as for me personally I think that's a good point. Now the one and only our Dr. Philosopher, the floor is yours. Listening actively and intently is a highly important aspect when dealing with students. It is to understand how your students feel in terms of their emotions you need to pay attention. Listen to how your students communicate with you, how they express their feelings using words. Also intensely focus on their body language because not many students are vocal. They tend to use the way they behave to express how they feel. So guys we have come to the end of our podcast today. Unfortunately this will be our last podcast for the season. We are going to December. See you next year. AJ4U signing out!
